The location was amazing. Super close to the train station. Simple Breakfast & coffee included in the nearby place with beautiful views. Good communication with the owner who gave us good instructions to check in. We stayed 3 nights and we had all we needed. Little fridge in the room

Lots of steep stairs to reach the rooms, but can’t do much about it if you want to be bang - in the middle of Vernazza (same everywhere). We couldn’t switch on the AC for some reason, but it wasn’t a major issue as it wasn’t too hot.

The room was located on the main street, and around the corner from Marconi square. Excellent place to be. The beach area was just right and the water was warmer than expected. I made arrangements to have assistance with my suitcases, as all accommodations involve stair cases to get to your room. Others I noticed had to drag luggage up hills and many stairs just to get to the building, then had to negotiate more stairs to get to their rooms. Seeing this made me appreciate my location even more!!! My room had wonderfully tall 15' ceilings and was immaculate. This made my 3 nights there even nicer. Breakfast was included in my package at a restaurant by the church on Piazza Marconi, and I ate there several times.

The garbage chute outside the room was loud and disturbed sleep, basically you hear loud sounds of glass breaking every once in a while. Breakfast... Well, technically it exists, but it is not that great. I would consider it a way to get a cup of coffee in the morning at a great location (Bar Ananas), but I did not enjoy the included (so-called) focaccia or (so-called) croissant that much. Still, more than nothing and I doubt the owners if the vacation rooms have other affordable options.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Vernazza and just a few minutes from the train station and the waterfront. The included breakfast was at the bar next to the church and it was just what we needed to get going in the morning.

We couldn't figure out how to get the overhead shower to turn on, but were able to use the hand sprayer just fine. The stairs up to the apartment are very steep, just be careful and use the handrail.

Barbara was wonderful. The room was lovely, very quiet and quite large for Vernazza. The bathroom was very modern but the shower was extremely small with no space for soap or shampoo.

There was no luggage rack! The towels were awful, it felt like dish cloths. The shower was extremely small. There was only a business card with a contact number. Absolutely no information booklet in the room. Every time we needed information we had to call Barbara. Even for the WiFi password! Breakfast was included, but at a cafe in the town. Which was okay, but it was only available between 8:00 and 10:00, and as we started hiking at 7:00 every morning, we never had breakfast (3 mornings).

The location of this property was incredible! We were in Italy for a month and this was one of our favourite stays! Clean and right in the middle of all the action! The breakfast right beside the ocean was the best breakfast we had all trip! You gotta stay here!

The property was immaculate and clean. It was nicely presented and was in the centre of the town. It was upstairs from a convenient store as well. The air conditioning was exceptionally good and you need it in the deep of summer.

There are many very steep steps to get to the apartment. If you have mobility issues this would not be the place for you. The Internet Wi-Fi was not working but I think that was just an intermittent problem.

The location on the main street and close to the train station was perfect for us. Breakfast on the waterfront was divine!

The stairs are very steep if your room is above the first floor.

Amazing property, perfect location would 100% recommend to anybody. Traditional Italian breakfast included at nearby restaurant which was a delight. Thankyou for a wonderful stay 😊

Location was great. Stairs up but that was fine. Nice size room. Bed good. Light breakfast at cafe around the corner.

Some small issues housekeeping items. Mentioned to owner. She will resolve. Nothing that would keep us from booking there again.
