I like the hotel every much, It was great and comfortable. The breakfast was great every morning.

I had problem with the TV. I feel that the hotel should get better TV and connection. I like to watch TV when I stay at a hotel. But I always had to wait to get the TV to go on. Had to play with the remote control. I also feel that they should make a time for when House keeping should enter the room. House keeping came into my room right after I got the room. I was in the room and she walk into the right. She did not knock on the door. She open the door and walk in. Then on the day that I was going to leave the room. It was about 10 in the morning, she walked into the room. Thank God I was dress. House keeping need to knock on the door before entering the room. Get permission to enter the room before going into the room if the person is inside the room.

Staff was friendly. The location is great. mostly comfortable and pretty clean. the A/C worked great,

When I woke up I noticed an additional random charge of 205.00 that came from the hotel,after already paying at check in, luckily it was declined because I didn’t approve it. The bathroom was a little too small for two people, but other than that it was ok

Location was good and breakfast was nice.

we had a room with 2 queen beds. one bed was comfy, the other one was rock hard and not comfortable. there was a smell when you come off the elevator and in the room. i thought it was the carpet. otherwise, everything was good.

rooms can have better scent and the entry door does not close smoothly, seems to not be leveled with the frame.

Near the lake room is nice clean enough location is close some good restaurant and coffee

I like area and also the breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean coming in and had disinfectant all over to combat any diseases. Also gave me another when one room had a a.c problem

room was good, easy to get to,

need better pillows and more of them for a king-size room breakfast was not the best but it was ok

We stayed overnight because we were cruising the next day. Room was spacious and clean.

No WiFi. I had to hotspot my phone because we were doing a cruise required Covid Rapid test, which had to be done live. Also, aside from yogurt (which is not much good if you don't eat it or are dairy free) there was no protein at breakfast, not even a hardboiled egg. All starch and sugar.

it was an easy stay. I felt safe there. It was quiet despite being a full house.

our room was quite ready at checkin time, but the staff worked quickly to get us in there. The room was super smelly. this was most likely from the previous guest and we didn’t want to wait for another room (two kids under five).

Room was really clean air was really cold which was a plus .

Very little water pressure in the shower and toilet .
