There Was No Breakfast.....This is One Of The Much Needed For Guests That Is Lacking However The Room Provided A Home Away From Home Facilities That Enable Guests To Prepare Their Own Meal.My Most Memorable Was The Friendly Manner In Which I Was Greeted By The Front Desk Lady And Additionally The Continuation And Assistance From Mr. Delorian And The Manager Mr.Dan. The Hotel And It's Surrounding Was Very Clean Inside And Outside.

I Did Not Like The Negative Comments Made By Other Guest That I Read Prior To My Trip.To Memphis. Such Comments Of Homeless Persons Hanging Around In Front Of The Hotel Were Proven To Be False During My 10 Days Stay As I Never Encountered The Said At Any Time.

I liked the deal I got from Booking.com. The front desk staff are wonderful and made check in and check out a breeze. They seem to be wonderful folks. The room itself was clean and greatly exceeded by expectations.

Google Maps makes you drive around the block to get to the main entrance when there is a direct way in right next to the Exxon on Poplar at Ridgeway which you don't know until you get to the hotel. The check in and check out times on Booking.com (3 PM and 12 PM) were wrong and need to be updated to the 4 PM and 11 AM times. While I didn't want to swim, it would have been bad if I did as the pool was shut down and covered. There's also no continental breakfast as stated on Booking.com. Nothing that can't be fixed by updating information. The only small problem I had with the room itself was the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the bath were empty.

Fast friendly and courteous front desk staff. Stayed at hotel six days. Suite with a full kitchen was clean, had all the utensils in good condition needed for an extended stay. Bed was comfortable with an ample supply of pillows. The hotel was priced reasonably for the amount of days stayed.

Our car was parked in a handicapped space. Although the hotel was fenced and gated, 3 attempted breaking occurred. (no entry gained due anti theft device) Shadows of people around the car and running from the car when the alarms sounded. Checked out early early due to this.

My room smelled musty every time I entered it. I even bought some renuzit to try to curb the smell and no luck. Key didn’t work on some exterior doors bathroom wasn’t the cleanest really weird to me but all windows in my room looked out to the lobby. I’m not sure what the building was before it was the hotel, but I would have preferred having no windows than ones that look into the lobby. Just a random comment.

Clean quiet and VERY convenient to my doctor visits!

Not very secure parking! Power went out but I know that was not their fault! DM voluntarily offered me a 1 night refund but never followed through! I sleep with cpap and tried sleeping in my car but had a couple of thugs that kept pecking on windows trying to get me to open windows! Finally went back inside and didn’t sleep any!

Matter and short Pros: The room was very sizable and consisted of the things shown when I first considered booking. The room had that feel of a home environment. I am a smoker and had to go outside. I didn't feel threatened at any point, but it's always good to be cautious. Cons: The staff wasn't bad, but they didn't give that welcoming smile. They were straight to the business of getting you to your room. The toilet in my room would slide when you sit down. Not enough channels on the TV for keeping adults or kids entertained. Water got cold during showering. The 250.00 along with your room cost is really a bit much if there is an urgent or sudden trip that hasn't been prepared for hand, but overall, I will book there again.

Several small things

Location is about 20-30 mins from Beale street. Quiet hotel and everything appeared to be working such as the microwave, stove, fridge. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Cute nice size mirror in the living room area.

Just a few minor stains on the couch cushions and some on the bed skirt but nothing overwhelming

The room was huge! It truly was a suite, not just a room - Fully stocked kitchen, living room, bedroom, and full bathroom. Ours was located on a unit separate from the main building and had an apartment like feel and entrance. The parking lot was gated, well lit, and felt safe. Overall, one of the best values around.

The fan was a bit noisy in the bathroom. Other than that, no real issues.

It had a lot of space for the first time being in one love it

It wasn't clean enough it still had people trash in the suite they need clean it better cause my baby was going around finding things and putting in her mouth
