Explanation of best way to get to room

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and my room. Bed was comfortable, room was spotless. No smells. Breakfast had everything I expected from a motel. Will definitely return on future trips.

A microwave in the room would have been a nice surprise, but I ended up using the one in the breakfast area

The property was clean, well lit, and so convenient to get to from the freeway. It was also just a short distance from downtown Bellingham which made going into town a simple and easy task. I stayed for 8 nights and had my towels refreshed a couple of times without having to ask which was a nice touch.

Sadly the spa (hot tub) had an “out of order” sign on the door. I don’t ask the staff if there was an estimated time for it to be back in service. Also, the breakfast was little more than carbs & sugary cereal. Waffles, bagels, toast, chocolate muffins, Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops, apples, and yogurt. I had hoped for some hot food choices like bacon or sausage, maybe even biscuits and gravy

it was very close to the location Bellingham that we were going to. The staff was very helpful when I needed an iron and an ironing board. There were good things about having a cart to get up and down from our room on the third floor.

I spilled a little water on the floor, and when I went to clean it up, the floor was fairly dirty

The room was nice and clean. I appreciated having a fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the bench to put my things on and the USB ports to plug in my devices. The staff was friendly. The location was great for my needs. I walked to the Fred Meyer across the street and enjoyed the Woods Coffee right next door.

A coffee maker in the room would have been nice. I appreciated the continental breakfast, but wished they offered more proteins. I'm gluten free so there was not much I could eat. The coffee was empty when we got there at 8 am, but they promptly made more when we asked.

Liked the waffles for breakfast... Helpful front desk staff..

Need more space to hang up clothes..

Great location across from Fred Meyers. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Really enjoyed my day. I will be back!!!!!

easy access to the freeway and shopping

charged $150 deposit, then I’m the middle of the second night of our stay there was another $129.23 charged to my card. When I asked about the charges the only explanation I got was “other guests were charged too and it’s just a pending, it’ll come off in a couple days” $270 in “deposits” tied up during a vacation was not in the budget. I’ll add I checked out Sunday, it is Wednesday and those deposit holds have still not been released. transparency wouldn’t been nice when it comes to a deposit, I would’ve never booked.

This room met my needs and expectations ,the staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was an extra value ,it was a great location for my travel needs ,I was more than satisfied staying here and will again soon .

Not the inns fault but some of the other guests were slobs and one would spit on the ground outside near the benches ,I thought that was disgusting but again the inn was not at fault
