We enjoyed our stay at Adagio. I did a comprehensive review of all the hotels on the Palm in this price range, and Adagio offers the best value for money. The location is superb, close to a shopping mall, and tons of playgrounds for kids, very nice for walking around. We had a one bedroom suite and it was very comfortable, and clean! The staff is on point, and kudos to the management for their training. We had a couple of issues in the beginning that were quickly resolved thanks to the staff attendance. Regarding the noise level that was mentioned in some other reviews, I have to say we weren't bothered by it. Yes, there is a busy highway close by, and there are many restaurants/bars around that can make it nosey in the evenings or early mornings. But honestly, we found it completely normal and had a good night sleep, also our two young kids weren't bothered by it. For people who would like a quiet place, I would suggest picking a more remote location than this one. We had breakfast included, and the food was superb. There are some reviews complaining that the food was the same every day. But there were more than a hundred options to choose from. There is no need for a different manu each day. You can eat something different every day. We quite enjoyed the food! The beach was nice too, very close, with nice sand for kids to play with. The pool was ok for this kind of hotel. There is a written rule for kids younger than 6 that they are not allowed to use the big pool. I think this is reasonable, and we respected the rule. I have to say there were few families making problems for the lifeguards who were trying to impose the rule. So just be informed beforehand. The kids' pool is super fun, and both the beach and pool come with a selection of toys for kids. I wish that the rooms had a drying rack for laundry, as there was a washing machine (which drying cycle didn't work too well). And it would be nice to have a WiFi on the beach.

Staff very proactive, in the apartament was enough space. Various food on breakfast. The pool on the top. Beach is very close 2 min walk

They didn't mop the floor once on the hole week that we stayed and I told the team that came to housekeeping to vacuum and mop the floor.... maybe they didn't understand me but was hair on the carpets and sand, how can you miss that!!! On weekends is very crowded and noisy because of the beach clubs.

I really liked the location of the hotel as it was very close to different malls, metro station, nice promenade and the beach! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Edoardo during our breakfast would do everything to delight his guests, as well as Anushka at the beach area or Mohammed offering Safari and other attractions. In the room there were new towels and new coffee capsules everyday and we could also prepare some food in the apartment as the kitchen was fully equipied. I definitely recommend this nice, new and practical hotel to practical guests.

What I would appreciate is better room cleaning during the stay. We stayed 9 days and apart from towel changing and bed making there was no cleaning. Everyday you come from the beach you bring a little bit of sand too, so it would be great to do the vacuming or floor cleaning at least once a few days. Also clotheshorse was missing. Other thing that we did not like was the fact that the hotel did not offer any kind of alcohol. Regardless the religion of mayority in Dubai, many guests who come to spend holiday there want to have a beer or some tasty drink that was not possible. It was disappointing. One more detail, at the beach area it was obvious that other private beaches had higher level, bars, comfortable sunbeds etc.

The hotel is new, staff very nice and welcome, our double room was amazing, one big bath room and powder room separate at the entrance. A perfect view from the balcony to Burj Al Arab one side and the beach side of the Palm on other side and also you a have nice long view of Dubai Marina and Eye. The breakfast was good with variety of food, but every day almost the same. Maybe they should add something more as a food. (to change the recipe sometime) The coffee was excellent. A lot of Fruits and vegetables. Fast taxi service, not really expensive.

Excellent location near the beach and restaurants, cozy and spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable, but the best thing of all was the staff. Everyone is incredibly nice, Eranga, Faiza, Aung and everyone else they all walked the extra mile to ensure that me and my family had a great stay. I will definitely go back, after a few days I started feeling at home and that’s the best feeling when you are staying at a hotel.

The only improvement suggestion I have is about the definition or “city view” for the rooms. We booked 2 rooms, one has a fantastic view on the sea and the city, the other one not really. If that is very important to you make sure you double check in advance.

Amazing location, fantastic staff (especially reception and room cleaner) and faultless hotel. Loved the rooftop pool and sun loungers, and the private area on uber cool west beach (palm). Room was amazing. Great view of Jumeirah beach, the marina and the city when not too hazy. A monorail station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and the Nakheel mall (an elegant and quiet mall with great food options), just a little further.

The road outside the hotel is occasionally enjoyed by super car owners at night so light sleepers should choose a beach view. Or super car loving night owls should request the city view!

Good location, smooth check in although I had to pay 250 dirham to upgrade (£40) my room. Location is excellent with west beach 50 m away. The road outside is a bit noisy, our room was on 10th floor but could still hear the traffic noise. Would be noisier for lower floors. Over all good experience. Would come back.

Nothing much to dislike.

Upon early arrival (6.15am), we were advised our room was not ready, which was totally understandable as we had arrived well before normal check-in time. We were also offered an upgrade to a larger suite at a reasonable rate which we accepted, therefore enabling us to take advantage of the room earlier. In the meantime, we had access to the sumptuous buffet that was already open and offered a fantastic array of breakfast delights. Very happy that we upgraded to the larger suite that provided a huge separate bedroom and living areas, plus kitchen and all the relevant amenities. Everyone from the driveway staff to the front desk upon arrival and the personnel in the dining area were extremely helpful and always greeted us with a smile and provided outstanding service. The quality, selection and presentation of the food for breakfast & dinner was exceptional. My wife and I still comment on the wonderful meals we had, our experiences in the dining area and how we were well looked after by the staff (ie; Owen). There is not one thing that I can fault with the hotel. Maybe the "excessive" heat of Dubai in July is something to re-consider. But that is no fault of the hotel itself. Next time we would certainly look at staying at the same hotel but at a different time of the year.

The place is immaculate. All above expectations: rooms, staff, service, meals, etc. Location is also great with easy access and quite a few other great places to visit within the walking distance. Hotel is definitely 5/5. Rooms have the full set of kitchen appliances, including washing machines. Staff are extremely polite and welcoming. Daily breakfasts and Friday seafood dinners are amazing. Highly recommend this place to all travelers regardless of your purpose of travel. We will be coming back here for sure.

Ideal location, just in the middle of the West Palm Beach, and this hotel is one of the most reasonable priced hotels on this beach, however it offers 5 star level facilities. The staff was very friendly and offered us upgrade of the room, and what was nice - they have showed us rooms to choose in person, what we found convenient, as it allowed us to choose best option. Very nice private beach, and good menu at affordable price, food is delivered to the beach with 40-60 minutes. At the restaurant the lady, who met everyone at the entrance was super lovely, she always put personal approach while talking to the guests and knew the name of our daughter and was very sincere at showing her attention to the guests and their children. We found the hotel brilliant for families with children, and we have seen almost 60% of guests with little ones. We had one-bed apartment with beach view. It was bright, spacious and with nice pieces of furniture in excellent condition. At the last floor there was very nice polished pool with an expensive view from there and good finish. My eyes enjoyed while spending hours there, and baby played safely in her little swimming pool with free toys.

Just little remarks: It would be great if someone could wash floor on the balcony, as it was covered with black dust (probably from the road and construction) during the whole stay and once you return to the room you bring this dust on your feet to the soft expensive carpet and I was forced to go to the shower to wash feet after being on the balcony. Several hooks in the bathroom would make a difference, as there is no place to put your towel. Couple capsules for the washing machine would be a game changer for people, who expect to use it. During our stay we were recommended to go and buy it in the store, however we didn’t need the whole pack and decided to bring washing home:)
