Good location, just a short tram ride into city centre. Tram stop 5 minute walk away. Free parking! Staff very helpful. Hotel and room clean. This hotel sold pizza and drinks from reception which was useful. Good breakfast.

The breakfast self-service area could be better designed. It was difficult to access some things especially if several people were milling around the breakfast food. Foodstuffs were put into recesses along a wall so it was hard to reach things at the back without moving other stuff. This is only a minor issue. This was the second B&B Hotel I've stayed at while holidaying in Germany and I really enjoyed both hotels.

Good place to stay overnight while traveling. I recommend it if you need to stay overnight on the way between Munich and Stuttgart. The hotel is close to the highway exit.

I requested a non-smoking room. Upon arrival, the window in the room was open, but the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which also drifted into the room. Whether the cigarette smell was wafting through the ventilation or coming directly from the room, it was very unpleasant.

We loved every aspect! The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The price per night is unbelievably inexpensive for what you get. The hotel is in a shopping neighborhood north of Augsburg but well connected by tramline 4 - they run every few minutes (even at night) and you’re in downtown in around 15 minutes.

The only thing I could complain about would be the size of the single beds - probably big enough if you push the two together, but it was a bit small lying there alone. Otherwise everything perfect! :)

Parking, rooms cleanliness, pet-friendly. We haven`t taken breakfast as other comments state that it doesn`t worth it`s price.

U will be asked to pay additional 15EUR if you want to check-in even 10min earlier that 15.00. Thus, it`s overcrowded at 15.00 as everyone waits for the time and there was 1 reception guy only + 2 self-checking machines.

comfortable and spacious rooms, also very pleasant staff. the hotel itself is quite close to the highway, so you'll have no trouble reaching it.

It was great for our quick stop to rest and sleep before continuing the trip. Hotel is not far from highway. Staff is friendly, stores are nearby, room was clean and comfy.

Not their fault,but location on google maps is wrong so we had to ask directions. Also, during checkin the machine asked for payment even though it was paid so we had to use reception which luckily still worked.

Excellent hotel for a one night stay on our long journey to Legoland. Easy connection to the highway. There is a P+R right in front of the hotel, so getting to the city centre would be very convenient, if we had more time to spend in Augsburg. Hotel looks to be new, the reception guy was very very kind, the room looked exactly as on the pictures, it was nicely furnished, clean, we felt very comfortable, good matraces, kids liked the bunk bed. Free parking, Kaufland next doors, if you need anything. Will definitely stay here again if we travel to the area in the future.

The room was nice and clean. It's very comfortable to live there. The staff is nice and there is also cheap pizza at the reception. It's next to a tram station and also Kaufland supermarket.

Not much, just a bit far from the city centre for people who don't take public transport or have cars

Good location of the hotel. Public transportation is right in front of the hotel. There’s a supermarket nearby, food is of good quality. Breakfast is nice, there isn’t a big choice of food, however I never thought that it wasn’t enough.

Would loved to have a bigger range of choices for breakfast, for example hot meals, like fried eggs, sausages, omelette and etc.

It is a very clean hotel, the location of this hotel is not in the center, but close to the tram stop. Very friendly staff, you don’t need to do checkout.

I was a bit lacking in the opportunity to make myself coffee or tea right in the room
