The facility was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The evening restaurant had great food and had plenty of happy hour deals on food as well as drinks. We had to extend our stay due to a snow storm and the process was painless.

The restaurants are only open from 630-2 & then after 4 pm. So between 2-4pm.. There is nothing to eat. The vending machines on the floors were all out of order as well. Also, my bed was broken, and there was a slope in the middle. We rolled into the middle of the bed and practically had to sleep on top of each other.

Hotel was a convenient location for us as we were attending a wedding in the vicinity. Rooms were very clean and spacious and had a good selection of toiletries available. Beds also extremely comfortable if you like soft beds! Price very fair for Edmonton.

When checking in, front desk could not find our reservation, and told us they did not have anymore of that room available. They offered us another room with an upgrade which worked out great. The carpet in the hallways and common areas is horrifying. It's so loose and extremely dangerous. Walk to the outside to avoid tripping hazards! The room was extremely dark, like so dark even during the day. Not sure why they don't have any ceiling lights in this room? Check out was 11 and we were not accommodated for a later checkout. It was Thankgsiving weekend so that could have been the reason. This hotel desperately needs a renovation it is very old, but very clean and we did enjoy our stay!

I was originally sold on this hotel by the photo of their lobby with the vaulted ceilings, along with their free parking. Upon arrival, it was great to see the Christmas decorations in the lobby and throughout the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my room along with the pool, hot tub, and steam room. The food on the pub menu was delicious and I was delighted that we had the pool tables all to ourselves. The time I stayed gave me a chance to get to know Edmonton better while enjoying my solitude after an extremely busy time. I will definitely visit again!

This property is about 10 minutes from the downtown core, but feels further away since it is close to an industrial area. That wasn’t a problem for me, but is not close for anyone hoping to be around a lot of restaurants, etc.

Check in was easy and the staff were pleasant to deal with. I was upgraded to a King Suite at no charge which I was thrilled about. The room had everything I needed. The shower was wonderful. Check out was easy and very quick. The location was central to my needs. Lovely staff. All in all, a good hotel. I would stay again. Thank you.

Breakfast was average with little selection. The carpets have many wrinkles which was a tripping hazard. The hotel is very dark and could use some brightening up.

The hotel is really nice, great facilities and spacious room. The hotel felt really clean, and the staff were really nice. The pool area is good too. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Edmonton with a car

The location is quite far out of town, although this didn’t affect our stay based on the purpose of our trip and we had a car. The gym equipment is a little outdated.

Very comfortable beds, and cleaning staff were excellent. The complementary breakfast nice, it would have been better if they change Negev up the breakfast offerings. The coffee was fabulous!

We asked, several times for the toilet lid in our bathroom to have be fixed, as it was loose. It never was fixed during our stay. The bathroom door squeaked very loudly when someone closed it.

Very clean rooms and facility. Location was very quiet. Staff were very helpful.

Using key cards to operate the elevator, I understand the reasoning. However, the hotel NEEDS to make sure the stupid cards actually WORK. You needed to repeatedly insert the key card until you received a green light, so you could use the elevator....if it worked in 5 attempts....you won the lottery. I had to have my cards replaced 3 times. THE KEY CARDS DON'T WORK IN THE ELEVATOR!!! Extremely frustrating. Be careful, if you think the hotel is located in the NW part of Edmonton, it actually isn't. I needed to be much closer to the Acheson area and specifically booked this hotel because the address said it was in the NW. Spoiler alert....it's NOT in the NW part of the city. It's more like the SE part of Edmonton. Also, lots of construction in the area

Liked the location and the Lodge timber like look which was decorated beautifully for Xmas! They had the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! Lots of hot and cold food selections to choose from.

The shower handle was not easy to figure out in our bathroom and the hairdryer didn’t work and somehow my hairdryer brush stopped working ..maybe a power surge ?

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!! Very helpful and always wanted to help if they could! made the stay all that better! very easy to find but nothing around to walk to but many amenities not far by car - A&W/Timmies. Very quiet! Pool was a bit of a challenge to find at first and steps to use the hot tub / pool are plastic and not tile so easy to use for adults and child with the stairs and bar very close for support!

the beds did NOT come with a full blanket. found this strangely odd. 2 sheets and a very thin brown sheet type between the 2 sheets. Would of preferred a full blanket on top. my nephew had spilled juice on the sheets and I pulled them off thinking the staff would get the hints to take and change them like the towels. Both days they were out back on the bed when we got back and I had to facepalm of why they didn’t get the hint as the juice marks were by all means still on the sheet. the elevator is a HUGE hit or miss. some people have 0 issues with it working, other struggle for 5 mins to get it to work (have to push the card into a slot and “slowly” take it out then tapping it like many other hotels)

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel had an impressive number of facilities included.

Breakfast had a good variety, however most food was on the dry side, and either hard water or tools in need of being descaled affected the taste of some dishes. Could be significantly improved with a few changes.
