My second time staying in this property, I felt lucky it was available for our trip because it is always sold out! We loved the onsen, the outstanding breakfast, and the happy hour, where we discovered many good Japanese cocktails. Double beds are large and more than comfortable enough for two people. The Meguru sightseeing bus stops nearby, the city bus stop going to Nagoya Station is also nearby, as well as the train station going to the Nagoya Port and Nagoya Station. Within walking distance to the Mirai Tower, the Oasis, and the Sakae shopping area. Will always consider this inn when staying in Nagoya.

I love the buffet breakfast!! Everything is yummy and the staff always refill the food. I also like the drinks on happy hour. Love their calpis and ginger ale. Also, the front desk are very nice and friendly. I also like that they have washing machines to do the laundry. I also like the bed. I like almost everything in this hotel. Me and my whole family were satisfied with our 2 rooms.

The room is small but that's understandable since most of the hotels in Japan are small in size. The location is a little bit far from the limousine bus from the airport but the subway is maybe 6 to 8 mins walk.

The property faces a lovely park which runs a good length of the city and makes for a nice walk. It is close by the Hisayaodori metro station so don’t be like us and walk the 40 minutes from the Nagoya train station. There was one free drink at happy hour. We found a great sushi place to eat nearby. The onsen was small but enjoyable after all that walking. The staff were busy but friendly and the bed was comfortable

The hotel seems small and it was very crowded. We thought we would beat the crowds and get to breakfast at 6.30am opening but everyone had the same idea. It was hard to get a table and bumper to bumper trying to sample the variety of breakfast options so not such an enjoyable experience. The onsen was only open in the evening.

The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was really good, especially the curry. The hot springs were also very good. All in all, expect for one thing, everything else was fantastic.

The score would have been a 10 if we hadn't discovered the massive amount of dust that was under the beds. It was like they hadn't been vacuumed for weeks. One of us was allergic to dust, so it was no wonder he sneezed constantly while we were in the room.

I loved the facilities at this hotel. The onsen was a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and the room was incredibly clean, with a pleasant fragrance. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated that the location is just a 10-minute walk from the station, and the value for money was excellent since the stay included a fantastic breakfast, which was the best I've had in any hotel. Additionally, the laundry service was cheap and very convenient. The staff were accommodating and could communicate well in English.

The only downside was that watching a movie required an extra 1,000¥, which I didn’t expect.

breakfest was OK, there were warm options, soup, scrambled eggs, etc. but also cooked japanese meals, bread, jams, yogurts, cereals, fruit,... everyone could find something, room size was good, comparing to other hotels in Japan free (alcoholic) drink in the lobby every day in the afternoon! nice onsen for no extra charge, including sauna

the location is allright, but it requires a bit of walking everyday to get to the closest metro station, or 1km to the second closest, which has much more connections, e.g. to port, when you look into the map, the Nagoya castle seems to be just around the corner, but be prepared to walk a lot, especially in night, when the castle is closed, you need to walk around 2 km to get to the spot, from where you can actually see the castle.

Close to Hisaya Odori station and underground shops/restaurants, easy transfer to Nagoya and Kanayama JR/Meitetsu stations, lovely small park across the road with restaurants and cafes. Great staff, great complimentary breakfast, looked after our cases after check-out.

Ventilation in bathroom was very noisy. Small lounge area in the lobby was often full, nowhere to be except in the (very small) room. Bath area very nice but too small for the number of guests. Bed was very firm.

We got stranded in Nagoya when the Tokaido Shinkansen stopped running. I booked this property because breakfast was included in the price, and the stay was only a little more than other places in the area. I appreciate they didn't jack up the prices when they heard the news that many travelers got stranded. It sounds like it was hard to find an opening at a hotel, so I appreciate they didn't take advantage of the situation. I had two small children with me, and I saw they had a queen bed big enough for the three of us to sleep together which I also appreciate since many other places only have twin beds. The breakfast was good, but maybe it was because the hotel was full or a lot of travelers were in the same situation and wanted to check out early to continue to their final destination, but there was almost no place to sit because it was so crowded. It's not really the hotel's fault because it looks like there's plenty of space. But we came down at 7 and breakfast starts at 6:30 so I thought we were still a little early. They also have a bathhouse and a sauna unfortunately only for men to use. Since I had my kids with me, I didn't have the chance to use it, but I would like to use it next time! An overall family friendly stay and fairly close to the nearest subway station about 8 minutes away. I'm glad I found it!

There's a TV, and you can pay for a TV card on your floor to watch movies in your room. I didn't really care for any of the movies or programs they offered. It would have been nice to have popular anime for the kids to watch.

Breakfast was fine and had many great choices. I appreciated the free drink during happy hour after check-in. Location was superb being near the park and entertainment areas. It was an easy walk to Nagoya Castle and the public bath was clean and a great way to clean up after a long day of walking around. My friend is shy and appreciates the private bath in the room to shower instead of going to the public bath.

Where to place which plate during cleanup for breakfast was a little confusing. It would be great if there were labels in English.

It's close to the Sakuradori Line and a bit more walking to Higashiyama Line. The place is near a park in the center of the city. Very strategic and convenient location with lots of cafe near by. The room is slightly larger than most hotels; wider bed and more room inside the bathroom. They have great ammenities as well, might not even have to bring toiletries because everything like face wash, toothbrush, etc are all there. The hotel also has public bath available. I will definitely consider to come and stay here if I ever go back to Nagoya.

We can see a bit of dust on some surfaces. Just needs more thorough cleaning. Checkout at 10AM, when most hotels set 12PM to do so, just be aware of the time.
