I chose this hotel for its spacious room, large double bed, and roomy bathroom, all at a fantastic price, and I’m very happy with my stay. The central location and friendly staff made it an even better experience, and the provided amenities and strong Wi-Fi were much appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and economical choice—highly recommend!

The room was clean overall, though a few spots (like under the sink and bed) could use extra attention. The pillows, with their unusual filling, weren’t the most comfortable for me, and while the curtains didn’t fully close on one side, it wasn’t a big issue. Small tweaks would make a great stay even better!

While the room was the smallest hotel room we stayed in during our Japan trip (so far), we had everything we needed! The bed was comfortable, we had a little table and seat. We loved the separate toilet and shower room, and the bathtub. We also used the washer/dryer on the second floor, it's easy to use and very convenient. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, especially with organizing to ship our luggage. We loved that we got fresh towels and water everyday, but still had a sustainable room cleaning only once during our stay.

Front desk staff were always very helpful. Even though there was a language barrier, we were able to understand each other enough to accomplish each task. The gentleman who preps the food everyday and makes sure breakfast runs smoothly was so kind and amazing. We were able to communicate very well as his English was amazing. He was our favorite part about staying there. Would stay again just to see him again! The rooms were a good size for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. My husband and I loved the shower room, it also made bathing the kids easy.

One thing we didn't like was the pillows, but we also brought our own because I know we are particular about what kind of pillow we use. The hotel doesn't have its own parking but you are able to park your car nearby for 2000yen per day which for the area is probably reasonable. We didn't mind paying for the convenience.

Good hotel at a nice location. We had a superior double room, with 2 seperate beds. The room was big for Japanese standards and was well equiped. There was a separate toilet and shower room. The breakfast is pretty extensive but mostly Japanse oriented, not a lot of western options. Public transport, main shops and restaurants are nearby.

We've been to the same hotel in 2019 and we think it was pretty new at that time. Compared to 2019 the rooms and overal hotel were in less good shape. There were some stains on the carpet and curtains, wallpaper came off at some places, the door of the cabinet was crooked. So some small maintenance is needed. The airconditioning couldn't go lower as 20 degrees celcius.

Great location! Walking distance to Nagoya Palace and the Chubu Electric Tower. The park extending north and south around the tower has great shops and restaurants as well as nice areas to relax. The downtown area around the hotel has many izakaya, restaurants, clubs, and small markets to get pretty much whatever you may need while travelling. Finally, the breakfast there is fantastic and inexpensive. The gentleman that custom prepared the eggs and french toast while we were there was incredibly nice and all of the staff were helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We included the breakfast, which was very good with several option to choose from. Room itself was straight forward, but we didn't have any issues. We arrived before check-in and were able to leave our bags till we got back, which they were already in our room.

Our Economy Double room felt larger due to the space being maximised and well-thought-out. Fitting a separate shower room, separate toilet, basin area, sofa and bedside table/desk into the space without a cramped feeling is some achievement. Plus a space for leaving shoes and hanging clothes of course. The head chef at breakfast was particularly kind, friendly and welcoming, so a big thank you to him for making our stay even better.

Great location as subway entrance was 300 meters away Lots of restaurants, supermarket , drugstore & convenience store at the subway level. You are located 10 minute walk to Mirai Tower where they have lots of fashionable stores and restaurants.

Well, in Japan rooms can be always a "tad" bigger but this was sufficient for my stay.

The room was very comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was excellent, with many Japanese and American options, including fresh cooked French toast and eggs! And the staff were amazing! They were very gracious and spoke enough English that we were able to communicate. I would definitely stay at Vista Nagoya if I return to the area.

Close to subway station. Very convenient. The staffs were always ready to help and very polite. I liked being able to store my luggage here without any hassle
