I love the whole hotel. The western rooms are very newly renovated. The 24 hour Onsen is perfect.. with snowflakes falling on you when soaking in the hot steamy onsen. breakfast is yummy, love the chocolate croissants. There's in-house vending machines and souvenir shops. Price is good for winter rates. Hotel provide direct rental for Ski gear too and can store the gears overnight at their locker rooms.

Hope they can renovate the Japanese rooms and locker rooms as I hope to try jap rooms next time. Hope they allow late checkout to 11am-12pm

We stayed here for a family ski trip and it was great. The staff were always professional and accomodating, buffet breakfast and dinner (we had dinner in the hotel twice) was great, and the shuttle bus to the various resorts was convenient. Email communication to answer questions before our stay was excellent and booking a shuttle to get us to and from Niseko station was fairly easy. The on site onsen is a bonus but can be a it crowded at times (peak ski season so it was somewhat expected). Oh and the rooms were great and there are washing machines and dryers on site which were cheap and easy to use.

The place was clean, the service was great and the location was convenient to get to several ski resorts. The outdoor mixed gender onsen was a nice romantic way to spend time with my wife. Not many places in Japan offer this experience, so it is a must try experience. As we booked our accommodation late, we had to make 2 separate bookings to ensure we can stay there through out our trip. The staff were very nice to make sure we have 1 room to stay in for the whole trip instead of 2 rooms (which would have required us to pack and unpack again).

The shower in our room is very small and this might be due to space constraint issues. Nonetheless, the onsen is conveniently located and is big, so we showered there everyday.

Onsen in the hotel was a god send to relax the body after skiing. Food (breakfast and dinner buffet) was good, but always the same. The bus service to the gondolas was really helpful. The driver was extremely kind and doing his best to help every guest, amazing service. The renovated Western style rooms were great. The value in contrast to Hirafu was really good.

The longer you stay, you will notice how limited your food options are. Their buffet was decent and the tasting menu was nice, but eating them more than twice make you wishing you had a car to visit more places to eat. The bus schedule was not too intuitive and in sync with the gondola closure in moiba. Avoid the dated not renovated rooms, some even don't have a proper window.

I was very happy with the room that I got. I expected to have a smaller room, but I actually got a very big room with a dining area and TV. And the best part of this hotel was the free transportation from the hotel to the ski resorts.

The breakfast was not good because it was cold by the time I had it. They should invest in some heating lights or something to keep the food hot. But the sight from the breakfast floor is very nice, you can see a lot.

Renovated rooms were very nice and the onsen is a great bonus and the included breakfast is great

Not an ideal place to stay if you want to hang around the Grand Hirafu area at night time, shuttles are very infrequent and cabs rarely come out to the hotel but if they do it’s $50 AUD one way but if you are happy to start your skiing in the Annupuri area and chill at the hotel at night it won’t be a problem

Loved this hotel because it was away from the hyp and vibe of Hirafu and Niseko village. If you like being close or right in the action, probably not the hotel for you.. They provided shuttle service to Annapuri and Hirafu, limited times but easy to work around those.. It was an older style hotel which I believe gave it a more traditional, relaxed and rustic feel. Also had the most wonderful indoor outdoor hot springs onsen which was all included in the hotel price.. Most amazing breakfast which I would definitely include in your hotel stay. Our favourite restaurant Kobito just short walk away.. Had the best week staying at this hotel..

No convenience store nearby so stock up on snacks. Very limited snacks available at the small hotel front shop.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, a tiny language barrier but this wasn’t a problem at all! Rooms were warm and comfortable, On site onsen was fantastic Bus service to and from the slopes was amazing, otherwise the hike would have taken forever!

Unfortunately the only issue was the location, only one small restaurant in walking distance and nothing else.

I really enjoyed the breakfast that was included with the room. I also really appreciated the onsen, the free shuttle to and from multiple resorts, the free ski lockers, and the helpfulness of staff! The robes included with the rooms were also very comfortable.

The internet was rather slow and unpredictable at times but that was not a significant issue.
