Full on ski in ski out. Incredibly diverse dinner and breakfast buffet although just having dinner there once or max twice is plenty enough as there are other places around. Easy parking lot, great rooms that all have a view. Quiet dark comfortable well equipped... honestly that was such a great experience. The staff was very helpful too. They made bento boxes for us when we asked and helped with a delayed yamato luggage.

The ski rental service is a negative point. Expensive, poor selection, poor service. We wanted to swap one pair of ski and for that they wanted to charge us an extra day at full rate. In the end we rented all our equipment from an independent shop 2min away (car). Paid less, had a better service and more importantly better equipment.

We liked the outstanding location, right at the slopes and lifts with easy snow equipment hire and storage. The food in the restaurant was also excellent (and the coffee!) It was easy catching the bus from the resort to other slopes and resorts. Staff always very friendly and happy to help. The rooms were spacious for Japanese standards. The main areas such as library and bar were cosy and offered great views.

Unfortunately the beds. The mattresses seemed very old and hard, which made for very uncomfortable sleep :( this resort would be amazing if they could invest in some bed upgrades. There is also little to do unless you ski or snowboard, there’s not much around the resort

Window railing sliding system in our room was broken when we tried to open the window and the window almost fell out of the building and had to be holding up by hands. However the staff involved were very helpful and courteous.The staff changed the room to a smaller room for the the night and we could not be bothered to move back to the bigger room again. Maybe the maintenance team need to do their diligence check up regarding to the window more often .Despite everything that has happened, we really appreciated the emergency workman who came to our room for inspection and repair ,though it was beyond repair and the front desk staff was very helpful 😀 Taxis bookings was almost hopeless

Breakfast was top notch, excellent! Remote location is nice for quiet atmosphere. Dinner buffet is also excellent. Ski in-out and ski rental services on site were very good and convenient.

Availability of massage services was very poor. Very few availabilities and at odd times. Taxi service in the area using GO app - was very difficult to find a taxi after 5:30 to go out to restaurants. Remote location was nice and quiet but needed to drive 20 minutes to get to town.

A fantastic ski-in ski-out hotel with a good hotel buffet (the beef is delicious!). We appreciated the in-house onsen to help with post-skiing recovery. The staff were fantastic and friendly.

The hotel is a little dated but doesn't affect the experience. I saw some reviews which said the rooms and attached bathrooms were small. They are ok by Japanese standards and didn't affect us as we were skiing and using the onsen most of the time anyway :)

on site onsen (although on the small side for outdoor), locker room for skis/boards, easy access car parking, ski in/out, coin laundry. all you need for a no fuss few days riding. has a maintenance booth with spray on wax but would be great if access could be provided to an iron for a diy hot wax.

the room was really hot!! had the fan going in mid winter and heater temp all the way down. bathroom is small but not the smallest I’ve seen in Japan.

High quality customer service! The front desk was very helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at the last minute afterI couldn't get a bus reservation and saved me from hving to change flights! It was my first time at a ski in-out resort (and first time in Niseko), but FWIW I thought it was a good value.

A lot of the facilities are on the old side, especially the fixtures in the rooms. There were also some cobwebs in the room's ceiling. You are also somewhat far from Hirafu and need to ride the shuttle bus instead of walk. The lifts/slopes were OK, but I've been to better ones in Nagano.

This hotel has great breakfast ! I mean really great food, especially breakfast, dinner also great, but, everyday is almost the same, even it is great food, i still wished for some changes. But overall, this is a great stay indeed. perfect ski in and ski out location if you are looking for powder snow, as it is away from other popular hotel, so you do not get a lot of people , especially morning time. so the snow is really great. one other great benefit is they provide a great lunch, so you can just take lunch break in your own hotel and avoiding crowds , and they lunch is great quality too, not fast food. This hotel is by far one of the best I have enjoyed, very quiet too. Better than Hilton for sure ! a lot of locals stay in this hotel.

Hotel is bit of old, even maintained well, it looks really old, it can really use some upgrades. but, everything works and clean, just not look new and fresh. their little store does not have many choices of snacks. Their hot spring Onsen also small and bit of old, but everything function and works well.

Ski in and out feature with ski rental makes it very convenient and time saving. Beautiful setting with outdoor Onsen. Excellent bakery for breakfast and teppanyaki diner buffet

Expensive ski rentals; lack of complimentary shuttle service (available at Green Leaf hotel) to other parts of the village; housekeeping always late after 3pm; bathrooms and Onsen shower area aren’t very clean; and staff incompetent in English and almost unfriendly
