The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. All rooms have a sea view and a balcony. The design is appealing. The amenities in the wellness area: 4 saunas, indoor pool. Friendly staff.

The hotel is located outside the center of Naha (approximately 8 km). The hotel is located directly on a busy main road, which creates a lively environment but may also result in higher noise levels. There is no direct public transportation connection. You pretty much always need a taxi if you want to go further away. The food at the extensive buffet (whether breakfast or dinner) is average; there is enough variety, but it’s nothing special. The noise level at the breakfast buffet is sometimes hardly bearable. The area around the outdoor pool is not sufficient for a hotel of this size (about 350 rooms). There are too many guests at once, mostly families with small children. The fitness room is far too small, and there are no dumbbells available. There is no bar in the hotel!

However it’s a pity people with tattoos can’t use both swimming pools and sauna facilities no matter how small your tattoo is. that’s definitely is a downside

maybe a bit far away from attractions of the island ( American village is close but done in a 1 day). you need a 2 hour drive to the aquarium or to any diving spot

I absolutely loved the lounge bars! The cocktails were fantastic, and the food was just as amazing. I really appreciated how, even though everything was unlimited, they never compromised on quality. The infinity pool was stunning in the evening, and sipping cocktails outside made it feel even more heavenly. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations—it was so good that I couldn’t resist indulging, even if it meant breaking my calorie goals for the day! A big shoutout to the concierge team as well! They were incredibly helpful and made my (somewhat unplanned) trip around Okinawa so much more enjoyable. They were super attentive, always understanding what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. I truly appreciated their warm and thoughtful hosting—it made my stay extra special!

I was a little disappointed with the room cleaning service. While the room was overall nicely cleaned, I did notice a few things that could be improved. The hair dryer was dusty, and when I turned it on, the dust blew into my face, which wasn’t pleasant. Also, the towels seemed to have a bit of dust on them, which made me sneeze. Another thing I noticed was that items not in (or near) the trash can sometimes got removed. For example, the travel-sized shampoo I was still using was thrown away. I also couldn’t find my shoe dust bag after the cleaning, and sadly, I had to check out before I could locate it. Additionally, the sound of airplanes could be heard even past 10pm, which made it a bit noisy at night.

I think this is the best hotel I have ever been to. The room was spacious and comfy - with all the things you might need. The bathroom was incredible, so large, new and fancy. The hotel itself is fantastic. You can use the pools and the sauna rooms for free - we also had breakfast included in our reservation and I really enjoyed the food! For lunch and dinner there are several places not far from the hotel, with great food and not too expensive. The service was fantastic, everyone was so attentive and ready to help! My husband and I spent here a few days of our honeymoon and we I loved it, we really had an amazing experience.

It was a very comfortable hotel with a spacious room and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food also deserves a very good rating: both breakfast and dinner (you can buy them additionally). There are also restaurants and a shopping center near the hotel. Access is easy by city bus and taxi. There is also a bus stop to the airport at the hotel.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy. It was quite difficult to get to the city or the port early in the morning (you had to take a taxi).

We stayed 2 nights at the Prince Hotel and very much enjoyed the great views of the harbor and ocean. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of delicious Okinawan food, Japanese food as well as food from other parts of the world. The location was great too ... a 5 minute walk from the San-A Ginowan Convention City shopping mall with a very large supermarket and restaurants, and the white-sanded Tropical Beach just across the street. The amenities were also very nice with a couple pools (one infinity pool), saunas, and a good fitness room. Their parking garage was easy to get in and out of and had plenty of free spaces.

Loved the buffet breakfast. They have so much choice and options from western breakfast to Japanese, Okinawa local breakfast and other Asian style breakfast. The rooms are very spacious like any american hotel and the bathroom is lovely also. Very modern and beautifully presented. Very close to the super market next door and restaurants.

Its on a very busy road on the beach esplanade. Traffic is always bad and long. Have to have a car or taxi anywhere. No local train to the hotel and can be very expensive. Was told you cant access the roof top pool unless you upgrade your stay to access that area.

The rooms with the view, comfortable beds, good WiFi, fast elevators, free parking - it was all we needed really. A 15 min drive from Naha and across the street of the convention center (as we were there to see Ayumi Hamasaki). The heated pool and the onsen were splendid as well!

The pics included on Booking show the pool on the top floor and don’t really tell you the hotel is actually next to a motor way. While not too noisy I just felt a bit mislead.

We had a perfect sea view from our bedroom. It has a covered parking lot. The room size was perfect, bed was comfortable, toilet and bathroom was perfect too. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Location was good except there is busy traffic during peak hours, as long you plan well then it will not be a problem. We didn't have any chance to check out other facilities in the hotel because of our schedule. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again if we coming back to Okinawa for holidays in the future.
