The Staff are very polite and provide excellent service- even if you don’t speak japanese. 😁 Very very close to the east exit of the shin-osaka train terminal. Very clean and efficient use of space inside the rooms. Deep tub (for japanese style bathing -not for tall people) Very good and very hot water in tub/shower. Laundry room is good for single loads/ each but had 5 washer & 5 dryers stacked. Room TV displays the public bath occupancy level which is very handy. I recommend the breakfast at their restaurant- good selection AND quality.

Don’t expect a view- this hotel is great at what they do which is provide ease and comfort of traveling businessmen/women. (We weren’t here for the view so for us it was an excellent HUB for localized touristing)

The location is the best part. Walking distance to station. I like that they allow storing luggage before check-in time. There’s a Family Mart & other shops nearby the hotel. Express check-out. Staff is friendly. Room is OK but max person should be 2 cause the room is small. They do clean your room daily and give new towels daily.

Small room, feels like cramped in a sardine can. We stayed for 4 days and every morning we will wake up to a loud siren coming from police cars/ambulances/etc. Please refrain from using the elevator during checkout time (10am) because it will take more than 30 mins to go down.

- excellent location, only about 3 minutes' walk from the east entrance to Shin Osaka station - convenient spa accessible throughout most of the day for no extra charge on the second floor, super simple to drop in and out in 15 minutes - 4 elevators ensure you almost never have to wait too long to transfer between floors - heated toilet seat is a boon during the colder months - generously sized bed despite the conservative room dimensions

- rooms could have better sound isolation, shinkansen was audible throughout the day, although not that big of an issue since I usually went to sleep after midnight when the shinkansen stops - temperature insulation wasn't great, I had to turn up the heating every evening to not feel cold from the closed window - toilet feels cramped and a little too small - optional breakfast seems overpriced, I opted for konbini food instead

A quiet area that is about 5 mins walk to Shin-Osaka station. Near many convenience stores, 2 Family Marts and 1 Lawson. My husband loves the Onsen. Staff are also very professional and friendly. The corridors are exposed to the outside, it can be chilly when we exit the lifts or leave the room to visit the onsen or family in other rooms. But every morning before we left the room, we found that it serves as a good indicator on how cold the weather actually is. So we shed or add on layers if necessary before leaving the hotel. Our family stayed in the twin bed 17m and another room that has 3 beds. The room that has 3 beds is a lot bigger, and has a living room with 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend the bigger room even for 2 as the pricing is very reasonable.

We wanted to rent a wheelchair for my mother-in-law, we thought we could bring it outside the hotel, but it is only for indoor hotel use only.

I love the sento / onsen. It has both indoor and outdoor bath. There were milk and ice cream vending machines. It was very close to the east exit of Shin Osaka station. The neighborhood was also quiet. The staffs were helpful. We accidentally spilled apple juice on the bed sheet and they replaced it. Our big luggage can be placed below the bed since the room was quite small. I also love the amenities: toothbrush/toothpaste, bath towel, shaver, combs, cotton, cotton buds, shower caps and slippers. There was also free water on our 1st day. There were also free movies to watch on the TV. You can control the lightings near the bed. The bed was very comfy. The pajama was a yukata and there was a haori. They also lend us a weighing scale for our luggage. Overall great experience!

The check in was quite uneasy. The credit card stated that it needed a pin code, but there was no pin code, you only have to swipe it. There were no cold water on the sento/onsen area, unlike other hotels. The bath tub on the room was small. The laundry area has separate washing and drying. Free water was only for the 1st day. It would be good to offer pants/pajama since sleeping in a yukata was hard as the belt keeps on untying.

The location is strategic, near exit toll (highway). We enjoy every facilities esp June is the school season, so the hotels give a bundle of package for kids (extra snack, basketball arcade free game) & kids activity such as games, baloon, & clown. The area is very huge, they have little animal ranch for kids to play & feed the animal. What we like most is the variety items of food for breakfast (soto mie Bogor is recommended)..there are many, love it! This hotel have a nice view & nice pool. Overall, we will stay here again. Thank you for the entire staff!

The bathroom amenities not really impressive.

My partner and I stayed at two APA Hotels in Japan, and they were both exactly the same. Think of it like the Starbucks of Japanese hotels: you know exactly what you're getting. We were surprised by and really appreciated the level of comfort and amenties we had for the price tag. Even simple things, like being able to cast onto the TV, a large bathtub, or an exceedingly comfy bed were unexpected wins. Great air conditioning for during those 38 degree days, and a location that simply cannot be beat. All toiletries were supplied, and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay with APA again.

Small room, however it was VERY smartly laid out to maximise space. If you're tidy from the start, you'll be fine. Not much of a view, but we mostly used the room for sleeping or getting ready to go out.

Location is great as it is a bit far from the busy part of Osaka Close to the Shin-Osaka station (5min walk) so easy to get any of the public transportation including the Shinkanzen). Breakfast offers a wide range of food so everyone will find the right option for themselves.

Really small room. If someone is travelling with large luggages it could be an issue. We had a small problem with the heating control. No matter where we set it (18°c or 23°c), the room was still warm.

I loved the classic hotel check in process and atmosphere. Everything was well organized at check in and check out. I liked having the breakfast buffet available just downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the desk and entire room had adequate lighting. They gave a fresh yukata and towels daily. The public bath was wonderful! I loved that they had an open air section and everything was clean and just as wonderful as I expected. I have some tattoos, so the front desk gives guests two free stickers to cover your tattoos with. And the location was GREAT! Just a 3 min walk from the Osaka station.

I wish there was more English on the hotel instructions themselves. The TV was in English, so I could get my hotel information from that, but it would have been nice to know what the hotel had to offer from the pamphlets/flyers left in the room.

The staff, I mean ALL STAFF, were amazing. The attention to detail and the level of respect to each guest was awesome. I saw a person get annoyed and vocal because they couldn't check in, even though it clearly states checkin after 3pm, but the young woman was very professional and rather than allow this person to continue with their annoyance of not being able to check-in, they permitted this person to check-in, even though there had been a mass check out that morning and housekeeping were under the pump. So to the staff of APA Shin-osaka, thank you for an enjoyable stay, even though I didn't always make the brekky.

I couldn't watch netflix at night. 🥹🥹
