Small basic room that had everything you need and still enough space for the luggage of two.

Location is close to public transportation and has plenty of convenience stores around. Only thing that might be worth mentioning here is that there where a few homeless or drunk people in that area. Never felt unsafe or got spoken to though. But might be of interest to others.

The property is really clean and well-maintained. You can also see that the facility is new. It is also pretty accessible with multiple stations in the vicinity. Definitely a place to recommend for solo travelers.

The hallways at the floor/s above do not have heater so it’s pretty cold when you go out of your room and go to toilet from time to time.

Everything met or exceeded my expectations. Room was small, but a little larger than expected so that was a bonus. The beds were well designed with luggage storage at the end. The bedheads had USB and 100v charging ports. There was a small fridge that added to the comfort. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and was generally very clean and tidy, however some of the shared bathroom facilities could do with more regular wipe ups during the day (or provide a cloth for guests to do so). The linen was also very clean and comfortable. The area wear the hotel is situated is very close to a subway and JR station, and only a km or two to walk to more interesting areas. There are 24 hr convenience stores nearby. While Nisihinari as an area is not that appealing due to the many alcoholics that spend their days drinking in the street and small bars, they are mostly harmless and don't bother the tourists at all. Though viewed negatively by Japanese standards, the area is still safer than most Western cities I can think of.

My only real future concern is the mattress used. Despite being a new hotel, the mattresses are already sagging to the point that they bottom out if you sit on the edge. While comfort is adequate for now, I feel they may need to be replaced in the next 12 months to continue to remain comfortable for quests with heavier western body types.

Location, simplicity

Great location for trains and subway for exploring Osaka .The shared shower room was spotless and ample products were supplied. There are male and female toilets on each floor. The washing machine and dryer were great too.

I arrived very tired and realized that I had to supply more details to confirm my booking. Trying to do this in the rain was annoying. I couldn't get in as you need to add a hash sign after the code supplied. Luckily a passing man helped me and all was then ok . Maybe add the # in the confirmation e mail

Very modern, new and clean. Rooms, hallway, bathrooms and showers are very clean and new. The rooms are comfortable and smell like a new clean hotel room. Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness!

While the inside of the hotel is perfect. The area is not. It's in the slums area of Osaka. A lot of homelessness, garbage and can be sketchy to check-in after dark. Preferably don't walk through this area alone, especially if you are a single female traveler.

Great internet and smart TV. Quite area that's a 5 minutes walk to multiple stations that will get you to all around Osaka. Plenty of Convenience stores and about 15 minutes from one of the touristy area. If you stay longer than 3 days you can get new towels every day and you can request for you room to be cleaned at a specific time during the day. Recommend going for the double bed option if you are bigger.

Brand new property, we were apparently the first ever guests. Facilities all good quality. There was a small mistake by the hosts in our booking, but they quickly amended it in a friendly manner. Location was near transport, although the area was a little run down. Functional rooms, great showers.

The shower room is only on the first floor. So while bathrooms are on every floor we had to go from 3rd floor to first floor to shower. Not a big problem but would be nice to have shared spaces on each floor.

Location was really great, near a big train station and a subway station which was very well connected. Bathrooms were clean and enough as it was never crowded. The room I got had two single beds and I liked it because there was enough space for all por favor our luggage.

Beds were too hard to sleep on and the curtains did not stop the light from getting in. As we were on the first floor (2nd in Japan), there was a street light just above out window so we didn’t get much sleep.

Very clean for this type of hotel. Conditioner works fine. Tv has YouTube. Very close to cheap supermarket and train station. Overall it was good experience.

First it was hard to find entrance. Maybe put some sign next to it. Another one is location. It was very shady and dirty. In my understanding it is some kind of local slum. But it is obviously not the hotel fault. Maybe that’s why price is so low.
