The apartment was super clean and well organized. Also the location is good as you can easily reach some tourist places also by walking. They gave me all the necessary information about the apartment (from washing machine to air conditioner), everything was explained perfectly and clear. Is perfect both for a couple but also if you're alone is very comfy. I will recommend it!

I'm not sure but It was probably a problem with my Booking app but I received all the information and messages in the mail but when I click to "Answer" I couldn't find any messages, If someone doesn't have the notification via mail could has some issue to receive all the information, but It could actually be a problem of mine app

Room have all thing you need. With kitchen which I don't use.. plus vacuum cleaner. All clean accept Aircon filter . Which I take out cleaning lol. Facilities just as the posted photo. No point share same photo. Off topic about area. Not related to hotel. Just for info for sharing If you travel single adult or all adult. This place really adventure. Nearby surrounding within 1km radius. Most happening area in Osaka ( flooded with pub and nearby walking distance red light district call Tobita Sninchi) which others place Osaka or Japan not found.. Also lot foreigner in the area.

Comfortable clean room exactly as the images. Walls also seem to be thicker than the average Japanese apartment so the sound isolation is quite a bit better than average. Before checking in you will get a manual on the facilities, be sure to check it out as it is very detailed. If there is anything you need or have any questions, staff will reply to messages pretty quickly and have your request met as soon as possible. Really enjoyed my stay here, thank you!

Exceptional Stay with Prime Location, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Laundry, and Netflix! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel during my visit to Osaka, and I couldn't have been more impressed. First and foremost, the location is absolutely fantastic, conveniently situated near the Osaka Metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's vibrant attractions. One of the highlights of this accommodation is its well-appointed kitchen, which was a godsend for someone like me who enjoys preparing their meals while traveling. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils, allowing me to whip up delicious meals whenever I pleased. Another standout feature was the inclusion of a washing machine within the room itself. This made it incredibly convenient for me to do my laundry without having to rely on external services or facilities. It truly added an extra layer of comfort and convenience to my stay!

Not provide toothbrush & toothpaste

Good to have self check - in system.. definitely get contact with the owner before arrival to get the codes of entrance..The owner responds quickly … Design of the building and the room is so nice .. room is clean.. room has kitchen utilities, all look new but we didn’t need and use them.. room has a balcony , not so useful but ok to refresh or have a coffee break.. In 3 -5 min. Walking distance there are train stations..

I couldn’t see the safe in the room, it was ok for us because we stayed 2 nights but it can be necessary for people staying longer .. The district of the hotel is definitely not safe, looks so easy to get in trouble.. so we didn’t spend time on that area and also didn’t come to hotel so so late..even not available for a walk around especially night time..but hotel is safe and hotel is 3 min. walk to the station..

First of all the place is spot clean which matters for me the most personally. Secondly the location is very close to both major train stations. Not only is the unit spacious the amenities are perfect. Basically what you see in the photos are exactly as it is. Would highly recommend this place and i would say this is so far the best unit among all the airbnb/booking accommodation i have stayed so far . Kudos to the host being very helpful

Excellent place exactly as described. Not quite central location but close to metro and places to eat. Very comprehensive guide book provided for finding, getting in and working everything inside the apartment. Hot water and hearer worked well. Very happy with our stay.

Tiny considerations for the owner: No bin in the bathroom No towel rack or hooks

The room is clean. Everything i need ( kitchenware, washing equipments, etc) is already prepared by the host. All the equipments came with instruction from the host. The privacy and security is great. Close to the dobutsu mae station which is good since my wife is pregnant. This is actually my honeymoon trip and i think this house serve my trip well.

The neighbourhood was quite far from the typical tourist areas... it's a slightly lower end neighbourhood, which might not be to everyone's tastes. But public transport connections are great.
