The location is great for tourists, very close to the bustling Dotonbori canal and shopping streets. The hotel entrance feels classy and modern, and there's plenty of lifts. We loved the rooftop spas, with spacious showers and a choice of indoor and outdoor pools. The ladies powder room was well stocked with products & hairdryers, and I enjoyed the lounge room with vending machines and nice view. The coin laundry was available when we needed it. Breakfast was decent - standard buffet fare with mostly Japanese options. The room decor was clean and tidy, with comfy beds and nice PJs provided. The corner high-floor twin room had an amazing view over Osaka.

The room was cramped, even though I picked the largest one available. There was barely any room at the end of the bed. It was difficult to have my suitcase open, and there's no proper wardrobe, so our things easily took over the room. Nowhere to put a toilet bag in the bathroom, though I mostly used the spa for showering. The hallway carpets looked a bit tatty, but a sign in the hall indicated they were being replaced/fixed.

Location was amazing! Super close to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street, and lots of restaurants/cafes nearby. There were about 2-3 metro stations on different lines within a 10-15 minute walk of the hotel which made it very convenient to travel around Osaka. Room size was good, we could easily fit 2 people plus luggage within the room without it being cramped. Bathroom was a bit small but was well equipped with shower/ bath, bidet and toiletries. We stayed on a higher level and couldn't hear any outside noise which is amazing considering how busy the location is. They also have a locker room where you can lock your luggage away on check in / check out day if needed.

Really nit-picking here but there wasn't any tea/coffee provided in our room and the elevators could sometimes be a bit slow but honestly the hotel was amazing.

We had a king room and the bed was gigantic. Larger than a normal king i believe. after many smaller beds it was a dream for my tall husband and I. The room was very spacious for us, and being a few blocks from Dotombori made it quite quiet. I used the women's bath several time and each time was clean, quiet, plenty of towel and beautiful clean bath. It was a wonderful way to start the days. There is even a page on the hotel TV channel that will tell you crowded or empty the men's and women's spas are. The hotel was such a nice calm comfy place to come to at the end of our long days in Osaka.

Right in the heart of the Dotonbori area and the amazing spectacle that it provides. Near to hundreds of restaurants and great quality street food. I particularly enjoyed the public hot baths on the top floor with views over the city.

The hot springs at the top level were really beautiful and were tattoo friendly for my small tattoos! Bed was also really large and comfortable.

Bathrooms were a little small.

Location is great. Onsen a bonus to relax after a full on day. Breakfast was great.

Personally the bed was too hard. Lots of public areas were very dirty and didn’t seam to have been cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Lifts, corridors, smoking room and furniture in reception especially were filthy. The toilet in the men’s onsen was broken and unavailable for the 3 days. The odour coming from there was rank. We returned to our room after a day out to find the cleaners had left the security latch across so the door couldn’t lock allowing anyone access to our room. Luckily our belongings were fine.

Outdoor onsen was wonderful. Views excellent and room well designed for relaxing other than problem with feather-free pillow outlined below. Liked that windows can be opened for fresh air. Great location.

At time of booking I asked for bedding with no feathers as I am allergic. When we arrived there was only one hard small pillow although it was a king room booked for two. When we asked at reception they said that was the only non feather pillow in the hotel. It’s bizarre that a large hotel does not have any microfibre or foam pillows and did not make provision for this knowing about the request in advance. These pillows are common and cost almost nothing yet no one thought to arrange one. So I had to make my own arrangements. The hotel was otherwise enjoyable and staff were sympathetic but did nothing to fix what is a basic issue for a hotel with the sole purpose of being a place to sleep (and promoting its outstanding sleep comfort in signs in the lifts and elsewhere).

The rooms and the view are quite nice- there's a little fridge and a kettle which were pretty useful. It was also a super convenient location; close to lots of train stations. We loved Osaka the most on our trip but wish we had picked a different hotel. The song that plays in the elevator is also super cute

Osaka city tax is quite annoying; I had 2 back-to-back bookings as we needed to move into a cheaper room for the last few days and they made us pay the tax again despite the fact we were only switching rooms- the lady wasn't the nicest. Breakfast was super limited and expensive :( We ended up getting breakfast from convenience stores most mornings. Super small bathroom

Really well located hotel, and the room and bed were huge which was really nice and comfy. They also had free lockers and luggage lock storage which made early check in/late check out really easy. I would definitely recommend for a couple of nights, and the staff were very lovely!

The couch in the room wasn't that nice - it's fabric so has a lot of stains - a bit off putting and could do with being reupholstered in something wipeable! So couldn't be sure of cleanliness. The room also had very poor ventilation - there was a huge amount of condensation in the morning and it felt very stuffy.

The location was in walking distance to Dotonburi with tons of shopping and food. Due to our party of four, we needed to book 2 rooms which was different for us but not a factor in enjoying this hotel. The room and bathroom were small but clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our package included breakfast which was excellent. Everyone looked forward to starting off our morning with a hot meal consisting of many favorites and new items to try.

The laundry facility was small, very hot/humid and smelled damp. It would be significantly better with A/C. The coin operated washer/dryer took an unreasonable amount of time to complete a cycle. For a family of four adults, we spent three hours attempting to dry our clothes; which in the end we hung all of the jeans and some shirts to dry in our rooms.
