The hotel is in a great location a stone's throw from Dotonbori, they offer many free things such as coffee and ice cream always available in the lobby. Clean room and very kind staff. I recommend it for a short stay in Osaka!

Very close to Dotonbori “action.” Everything was walkable from this hotel. Shopping mall, restaurants, Don Quixote, train stations ! Hotel was basic. Clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet was a very good deal at $10 !

No AC in the hallways.Bathroom floor was slippery !

The staffs name Wuka and Sakishima were the best. They helped us transfered our luggages to our next hote. I even get a bday gift give aways. Their very friendly and amazing 👏. Everything in Dotonbori was excellent the location, the over flowing of drinks,ice cream, the free noodles, the amenities .The everyday event like wearing Kimono which is free was the best experienced both of us with my husband. I will definitely come back again and again. I've never been to any hotels internationally with this kind of services.Even 5 stars hotel Everything must pay. This hotel helped alot of people to make their holiday more memorable and comfortable. 5 star 🌟 for us.

Great Perks, but Room Size Could Be Improved Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable, thanks to some fantastic perks. The free ice cream and drinks were a delightful touch, especially for the kids—they absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. If you’re traveling solo or as a couple, this hotel is a great choice. For larger families, though, it might be worth considering a more spacious option.

However, the room felt a bit cramped for our family. While it was clean and well-maintained, we found ourselves wishing for more space to move around comfortably.

The staff team is welcoming. They allowed to keep bags before check in and check out. They keep the rooms clean everyday and rooms are not too small. My husband also loved their buffet breakfast. They also helped us with the luggage transport to Tokyo. Near the train stations and Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping area. Lot of food choices in the area and near lawson. Also free ice cream, cup noodles, draft beer and massage chair!! They also gave us greeting and complimentary sweets for our anniversary stay.

It can get noisy outside. We also had a room beside us being very noisy but hotel staff handled it right away. No issue really that hotel caused.

The amenities were outstanding. Free drinks during the day, even free alcohol and beer in the evening. Also free ramen in the evening. Furthermore, they had 2 massage chairs in the lobby you could use at no costs. This was really nice when you had been walking in Osaka for many hours. Also the friendly and polite staff need to be mentioned. If you did not want cleaning, the friendly cleaners put towels, water, tooth brushes, e.g. outside your door. We will stay here again the next time we visit Osaka.

The bathroom was very small, but we booked a basic room so that is to be expected, I guess.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is conveniently situated near Dotonbori and both Namba Station (train and subway), just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary soft drinks, beer, and tea in the lobby. The breakfast was both delicious and varied. The staff are proficient in English and exceptionally helpful.

The Wi-Fi connection can be difficult to access at times. I also attempted to connect using different devices, but it did not help. The single room is quite small, making it impossible to fully open my luggage on the floor.

I like the extra service that they offered- cultural and food experience on weekdays and free drinks and ice cream every day. I did not expect this and this was a pleasant surprise. Also I loved the bath tub because it was deep. Only thing that may help me further would be the power plug in the rooms because as I found out I couldn't find a power plug that suited to Japan due to my laptop being a special gaming laptop and needed earth or neutral plug. Will definitely go there again. However, for the first timers in Japan, the room may be small.

I guess the hotel provided value for money. If I wanted luxury I would have to pay more.

the location is quite alright if you don't like to be right infront of the busy dotonbori river. There's aircon in the room, comes with complimentary bottled water. There's a safebox. No kettles to boil water. Amentities like toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available in the toilet. Pyjamas and slippers are provided too. There's a laundry room with self service washer and dryer (chargeable). The best part is coffee machine, beer dispenser and ice cream kiosk are at the lobby. But as we were always out early and back to hotel late at night, we didn't get to enjoy the peaks. Only had coffee in the morning.

The room with one double bed is relatively small. only able to put in one 28" luggage. We had 2 luggage and hence not much space to walk. think is better to choose room with 2 single beds, more spacious.
