The location is great. You are very close to Shibuya and Shibuya station. It’s also possible to explore other parts like Yoyogi park and the Meiji Shrine by foot.

If you book a capsule on the mixed floor as a woman, you need to take the elevator to the two women only floors every time you want to go to the bathroom or take a shower, because there are only men’s restrooms on the mixed floor. If you are traveling as a single woman or as a group of women, I would suggest staying on the women only floor, if possible. Also, there is not enough space to store luggage. The locker you get, is only large enough for a carry-on. I never felt like my belongings were unsafe, but you have to be okay with leaving your luggage out in the open.

The location was perfect, 10 minutes away from Shibuya crossing/ shibuya Station. The pods were nicely arranged, the blanket was very thick and comfy, and the room and bathroom were very clean.

In terms of the safety of your belongings, the place has work to do. I got STOLEN three of my clothes on Day 1. The suitcase isn't in a locker, and anyone can access it. You have a tiny locker in your pod in which you can fit your phone and your passport, that's about it. The place should really provide a locker for the suitcase as being stolen when you're travelling makes you feel very uneasy about the place you're staying at. The temperature in the room was constantly very cold (around 16 degrees Celsius), and the place doesn't provide a fountain to refill your water bottle or get hot water for your morning coffee.

Quiet - guests here want a quiet room and everyone is respectful of that. Relaxing rooftop patio - not overly fancy but very comfortable for socializing or quietly taking in the city. Attached cafe - good place to catch breakfast before your train, plus you get a small coupon for being a guest. Prime location - manageable walking distance to Shibuya Crossing/Station, bus terminal, Mega Don Quixote, Daiso, and more excellent food options than you have a prayer of deciding between.

Only 1 gender bathroom per floor - women staying in a mixed dorm, will need to go to women only for for any bathroom options. Limited trash cans. Patio is locked 11pm-6:30am - I wish i could've accessed the roof for sunrise.

Location is still a bit of a walk from the station so it's hard if you have a lot of luggage but price is good considering it's in Shibuya already and close to the happenings. You wont have to worry about the last train if you're staying out for drinks.

You can hear every move from your room mates and expect that people go home/sleep later than usual since some of them came from parties etc. so if you're a light sleeper you might want to reconsider. In the room and bathroom there are few hooks for clothes/towels. Storage space is also small if you have big suitcases it wont fit the locker provided.

Very walkable to all that Shibuya has to offer, friendly staff at the desk, nice rooftop, good water pressure in the showers and hot water, private toilets, nice they give you a fresh towel everyday.

The capsule that you sleep in got very hot and stuffy at night esp with the shade all the way down, even tho they had a built in vent/fan it wasn't enough to sleep comfortably through the whole night. The lockable cabinet area they give each guest isn't big enough for any medium to large size luggage to fit into, therefore The room got crowded quickly with everyone's suitcases being infront of their assigned lockable cabinet rather than in it, however it is still nice to have a place you can put your most valuable items into and lock them up.

Incredibly convenient location, brand new capsules, very neat and tidy and nicely styled. Beautiful bathrooms, Great value for money. Incredibly lovely and helpful staff.

Missing an indoor communal area, you have to buy an expensive drink to sit at the cafe. There is a communal rooftop but in the middle of summer there is no shade up there. There is no filtered/ drinking water station- would be a great improvement to the rooftop next to the elevator. Luggage storage is small I took up two spaces with a standard suitcase. Biggest red flag for me was security: there is no swipe cards to get into the building or between floors so a couple of times I saw men come in and use the women’s bathroom in our dorm or women from the other floor. Even though almost everyone was very lovely, I do think it’s too trusting.

A very clean and well equipped hostel. Everything you need is provided (towels, shampoo, slippers, hair dryers, etc.). The location is also perfect for Shibuya, just outside the noise but only a few minutes away from the famous crossroad. The sleeping room was in general very quiet, so good for people who just arrived and need some sleep :) It is a bit pricey, but it is a lot nicer than other hostels I've been to and in combination with the location, you can't beat it.

The first two nights there was no one in te common room. The third night there were some people, but I think that in general the hostel is not very social.

The best part of the space was the air ventilator in the bed pod. Usually, it is very hot and I cannot sleep well. But the ventilator provided a great sense of air flow, and also was a good noise canceller. It was so comfortable!

I didn't like the tight space for everyone's luggage. There were many times a large suitcase was blocking my storage space. It would be better if there was a separate area for larger luggage.

The location is great - about 5 minutes away from Shibuya stn on foot. Tons of eateries and bars nearby too if you want to explore the area! Albeit a capsule, the bed was extremely comfortable and staff were super helpful during check-in :) HUGE plus point for the quietness as well!

No filtered water dispenser provided so you gotta buy mineral water bottles from convenience stores.

Extremely close to Shibuya Station but still very quiet. Bed is comfortable, price reasonable. The capsules conveniently have USB sockets for charging your smartphone. A coin laundry is across the street.

You can only use the tables in front of the reception if you pay for a drink, because they belong to a small café in the same space. There is a roof terrace where you can sit free of charge, but it has no shade or anything else which would make it bearable to use in summer.
