It was a last minute booking, so I hadn't realised just how convenient it would be - direct line for Hanada airport, Narita airport and Tokyo station! The apartment was very spacious, the kids (age 5 and 7) loved the split level bedroom and view of the sky tree tower. The convenience store at the end of the street was a blessing when we just needed a quick breakfast or a microwave home meal at the end of a long day. There were also some really nice touches, such as slippers, toothbrush, cosmetic packs etc. They also offered to clean midstay as we were staying more than 4 nights. I also had some messaging with the staff regarding an item I thought I had left after checkout, and they were fantastic, with quick, helpful responses. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Nothing to dislike. If I was being very picky, my 5 and 7 year old walk very, very slow and so the 10 min adult walk to the station did take a bit longer with my boys' slow and tiny legs but shouldn't be a problem for most families. I also forgot to ask if it was supposed to be a double sofa bed? It looked like it, but I couldn't open it. Not a problem for me, as we were two children and one adult.

Great location. Close to transportation and sky tree. There is a sumo building across the street and a rock climbing gym a block away so that was nice. There were a lot of great food spots around us as well. They also provided a good amount of towels and we didn't need more The view on the fourth floor was also amazing, especially at night

Some of the facilities were very small but nothing could be done about that. The AC was a bit dirty

Fantastic location within walking distance to Skytree and Oshiage station. There's a sumo stable across the road and the wrestlers come out each morning to chat to people- that was a nice suprise. With a family mart around the corner and several restaurants you won't go without. This is a bijou, very smart property with everything you need for a stay in Tokyo- stunning skytree view from the window.

The only improvement I can think of is the supply of some extra pillows- there was only 1 each and they were quite flat.

Wow! The Krasse Sumida Hotel exceeded all my expectations! The attention to detail throughout the hotel is truly impressive, from the beautifully designed rooms to the stunning views of the Tokyo Skytree. The rooms were not only stylish and modern, but also thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I could ever need. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor truly impressed me. My stay here was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return!

If you are a couple looking for a convenient location in Tokyo, look no further. This place has a washer/dryer combo, a stove top, fridge, plates/bowls/silverware and private showers and bathroom. We stayed on the third floor (Rin). Our apartment came with two separate beds, which were both definitely comfortable enough after walking for about 10 miles each day during our first trip to Tokyo. The skytree is super close and is incredible to look at, especially at night. This accommodation is also within walking distance of a convenience store and the Sumida River walk. The train is roughly a 5 minute walk as well. Honestly, if you're willing, there's a ton of stuff within "walking distance" as the Asahi building and Sensoji are relatively close by, too. Also, I cannot stress enough that the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Although you don't see anyone (there is no main desk) any time I've communicated with someone via message, I was given only the most courteous response and a ton of help. They even helped me make reservations for something that I was having difficulty with. It's not a large apartment, but for two people it was more than enough. The building itself is also really cute from the road.

The Yui apartment is great for the solo traveler. Very nice and clean, perfect for someone like me that wants a quiet place to stay but is still close to many places in Sumida and Akasaka. The staff sends a great guide containing info on close local spots for food that has some excellent places you really should try.

Clean, bright, modern and well-equipped. Host responds very quickly to queries. Friendly and helpful. Close to family mart, laundry shop and cafes. The neighbourhood is quiet and well lit. Enjoyed our 5 nites stay there.

Pillows are small but I think it's normal in Japan. Didnt affect our sleep much cos too tired from daily outings.

Location is amazing. Easy access to local trains and attractions. Facilities were modern and clean. Staff is great to deal with online and very helpful. Room is on the small side, but that is to be expected.

Very loud external airconditioning units in the building. I had problems with sleep in the night. We were shutting off our unit in the night, but the units from other apartments were still running, generating a lot of noise in the night.

Located near Skytree. Not too far from subway. Nearby local and national breweries. Quiet. Familymart nearby. Asakusa not far.

I extended my stay by two days, but I found out that my keycode hadn't been renewed after the first day. I had returned from bar hopping and had to go! Luckily I had a Skype VOIP number I used to call the property management/owner and they helped resolve the issue quickly.
