Very nice hotel, in good area of town, close to restaurants and shops. Our appartment was very spacious, clean and well equipted. Best part about hotel is their friendly and helpful staff. Girl on the front desk helpes us a lot, looking for restaurants to book for dinner, looking for taxi and some gifts. Breakfast was also very good, nice lady from the kitchen was preparing fresh omelette for us every morning and there were a lot of tradinional Jordanina dishes you can choose from. Hotel also provided free parking for us.

The staff are lovely and the hotel is very clean. I found it comfortable and had everything I needed, plus the location is very good (it might not be close to downtown, but it's a good area in terms of services and safety).

The hotel is clean, and it's at a great location. All of the employees are friendly, helpful, and highly moral and ethical. Their service is generally excellent, and I had a unique experience. I also do not forget the staff who were at breakfast time and their great cooperation with me. The owner of the hotel is very courteous and respectful, and he personally extends a warm greeting to guests. My rating for this hotel is higher than the number of stars it has been given. The owner is very nice helped me with travel information, and other local general cultural info. especially in wedding party! Other staffs are very friendly, the security helped to to pick up luggage when I still in the road opposite side, the reception also very helpful!

The location was extremely convenient and the property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The service and staff were beyond exceptional. The hotel manager, Mr. Alaa, was very professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend you stay at this hotel.

I chose this hotel as it was walking distance from Fairmont where the rest of our travelling party was staying. It was also a short walk away from a mall and some restaurants/cafes. The apartment was very spacious and had all the basic conveniences needed. Bottled water was refilled daily and rooms kept clean. Breakfast included traditional Jordanian dishes, cereals, toast, and omelette. Tarek and the rest of the staff were very friendly and even offered us a late checkout (unfortunately we had to leave early).

Location is far from the usual tourist spots, but was not too much of a problem since getting around Amman is fairly easy.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. This is my 2nd time in Jordan and had tried other hotels before but none came close to excellent service this hotel offers, the rooms are very comfortable, clean, the house keeping are very helpful, the location is great, the area is very safe, the hotel also offers tours, secretarial services i.e. fax, photocopies etc, there is also laundry services in the vicinity along with gym, conference rooms, beautiful patio outside the hotel, coffee shop next door, steps away from supermarket, salon, bakery, the amenities of this hotel is excellent! The interior designs are very classy. The General Manager is very helpful, very professional. Overall my 4 nights stay in this hotel is excellent! I enjoyed my 4 nights stay in this hotel that I am extending for another month. This hotel is suitable for families, solo travelers and businesses trips. A 5 star service for a very reasonable price. To all the staff and management team thank you for all your hard work. I definitely will be recommending this hotel to my colleagues when I return back to America.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood in Amman close to other hotels and with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We stayed in a 3 bedroom family apartment which was really great. The staff at the reception was very helpful. I would come back again to this hotel in my next trip to Amman.

The apartment door needed some fixing but it worked, the breakfast was decent, but could have been better.

The Capri Suites is perfect for what I needed. The staff are really helpful and friendly and super responsive. I will definitely stay here again! The bed is super comfortable.
