The Conroy Hotel is slightly old but in a chic part of Amman. There is a mall and a high street shopping area, so you have ample choice when it comes to places to eat. Front desk was efficient and Omar the manager was efficient, very polite and made our check in effortless. The great thing about The Conroy is that it is agile and flexible. They keep a deposit but can accept cash and dont block your card. They give back the deposit once you leave. Its a nice, warm place with an awesome sitting room. The room is bright, large and the bathroom was well equipped, modern to some extent and clean.

Nothing not to like.

A boutique hotel that lives up to the notion of the boutique hotel. Committed staff, unique atmosphere, excellent rooms in the centre of the City. Special thanks to Jessica and the night manager. And then there is Murphys bar. Quite possibly the best fish and chips we have had anywhere. Excellent local JR wines. Great music. Great staff. People make a holiday. These people in this hotel are a joy and made our trip. Special thanks to the excellent Tamer Kalaf – a superb driver for whom nothing was too much trouble and made over 400 miles of car journeys very comfortable.

The hotel was very quiet and the suite I booked was spacious, clean and nice. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Mr. Omar at the reception who was very welcoming and nice. The lobby restaurant was good and the breakfast to some extent was good but the quantity was not enough to cover the whole guest meaning for example some items when consumed, it was not compensated. In general, my 6 night stay was very comfortable and for sure I will come again.

The breakfast needs more varieties. Some of The furniture needs to be renewed

It was a good stay and the reception staff upon check in was trying his best to accommodate our preference and provide us exceptional service. I hope this name is correct as far as i remember his name is Talal. Kudos to him!

The lady upon check out needs to be more approachable. Each every single guest needs to ask for the last time hows the stay or hows the experienced. She just call the HK Team to check the room and process the refund then thank you. There is more better than that as a customer service and as a hotelier

We booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 people for 2 nights and we all had great experience with this hotel. The hotel is close to many restaurants and most of them are within a short walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful. They parked the car for us and brought the car back for us when we needed to drive somewhere. Our room was clean and the shower water pressure was really strong.

Breakfast is pretty basic but enough to start a new day. Parking can be tricky for some people since the hotel is located on a busy street, but once you figure where the hotel is you can park right in front of the hotel and someone will move the car for you.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! .. you're close to so many destinations. The staff are the one who really made my stay (Hadeel with her amazing outgoing personality at the reception along with Hani Basheer with his calm and humble attitude, Rose from room service, Rami was absolutely at true professional at Gaia restaurant and last but not least Chef Udai who cooked those amazing salads and main course at the restaurant too ..

The breakfast buffet could be improved.

Loved the location. The quality and value for money was excellent. I loved that it has 2 or 3 restaurants adjacent to it. Not to mention the various cafes around it. For the ladies, there are salons and nail studios just walking distance. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and so kind to help me with my stay. Whether it was suggestions, accommodating requests or just super friendly. This is my go-to place to stay in Amman from now on!

Adding a microwave in the rooms could make it a little easier for guests. Especially those with kids and can easw with reheating the food. If not in every room, in the common breakfast area would be nice. The bathroom could use an upgrade as well.

The hotel is located in a very nice upscale area (All the Jewels shops nearby !) but most importantly a good choice of coffee-shops and nearby restaurants; a branch of a famous supermarket chain is also close, with long working hours, which is very useful

I did not give the full rating for the staff; this is due to one particular gentleman at the counter (morning to noon shift): He was not particularly helpful as he kept telling us the room will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and in fact we had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour and the half. I am not against the fact that hotels have check-in times and we arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I did not like that he kept promising the room will be ready "soon, in few minutes" when in fact we had to wait for a long time to get the keys.

I came to stay for a day or two and ended up staying couple of days. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and close to many conveniences - a mall right across that has a grocery store, couple of eating joints. There is a great coffee shop right across the street with great place to sit, work, and have great coffee. You can walk for few minutes and come to many authentic eating joints. About the hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable

The rooms were very comfortable and room service was too notch . They were there at my beck and call & were very kind and attentive  The bed was very comfortable especially the pillows . I liked the fact that they had a restaurant/ bar ( Murphy’s) with a garden .

I would like to see more attention to detail. The sink in the bathroom is discolored & has dents and marks . One would think it’s dirty while it’s not . It definitely needs maintenance . Hopefully they can change the bidet to a water hose
