We chose Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea to spend our long holidays, and they were truly relaxing. The stay was amazing and felt like a dream. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and have a balcony, facing the Dead Sea. There are also many pools to choose from – family friendly or adults only, as well as direct access to the Dead Sea. In line with the legendary Jordanian hospitality, all of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the delicious food served at the breakfast and also at the dinner table. The waiters of the food court were doing an amazing job, we especially appreciated The Grill and Chopstiks staff, as these are the ones we went to the most. As animal lovers, we also highly appreciated having cats in the resort. Many of them enjoyed being pet. :) Every evening it was possible to enjoy the entertainment – a little band and also a belly dancer, who has wonderful costumes. Our trip to Amman and back to the hotel with Mr. Ali, the driver, was very smooth, he knew all the shortcuts and took us from one sight to another in no time. We also got a Dead Sea treatment at the Zara Spa and it was amazing! We highly recommend this unique experience. We really want to thank personally Mr. Sameer and Ms. Emma, who gave us a wonderful treatment and a truly relaxing massage. One of the best we’ve ever had! Also, a big thank you to the receptionist, Mr. Ahmad S., who gave us an introductory tour in the spa and explained everything well. Also, thank you to the Director of Rooms, Mr. Mohammed T., it was an honor to meet you.

There were flies next to the pool.

The location is good and the service is also good.

Unfortunately, there were levels of guests below the level that suits you, and they were swimming in clothes that are not intended for the pool. I have not seen such guests in hotels at the level of the Movenpick Hotel, such as the Kempinski Hotel, especially the strict religious dress. I hope that your hotel chooses guests in a better way because most of my friends and family want to go to the Kempinski Hotel for this specific reason, and their number is not small. I apologize for mentioning the name of another hotel competing with you in this email, but my love and belonging to the Movenpick Hotel is what made me send this email to you. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea, the hotel is located in a truly unique and stunning setting, with breathtaking views of the Dead Sea, offering guests an unparalleled sense of relaxation and tranquility. One of the highlights was the hotel’s luxurious spa, where I enjoyed a variety of treatments that were both relaxing and rejuvenating. What really set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful retreat with incredible amenities and service, the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea is an absolute must-visit.

Super friendly staff. Excellent pool service. The Infinity Pool with the sand beach is simply amazing!! We even extended our stay.

Vegan options in the menue at least at ONE of the Restaurants should be included, nowadays basic for a 5* hotel. But the staff cooked something special for us when we explained to them what vegan means.

We were impressed by the architecture and outdoor areas of the hotel. The hotel is really big and you can find many services inside; hence you may need to walk quite a bit from place to place, and there are also golf carts going around to carry guests. We got upgraded and our room was also really spacious. Service was overall very good and friendly, but sometimes felt a bit stiff/unnecessarily formal. Breakfast food quality and options were amazing and the breakfast area is also really nice. We loved the outdoor patio where several restaurants are located, where you can have shisha, food or drinks while enjoying an evening show and sitting next to 2000 year old olive trees. The different pools were also really nice (downsides are the closing times and we encountered lots of flies during our visit in November, apparently common before the first rains arrive) and so was the private beach, with convenient access to the Dead Sea.

Beautiful place, easy to book and stay very generous cancellation policy. They cancelled a stay for me earlier in the year when booking didn't let me do so anymore. Different Restaurants with different cuisines, private dead sea beach with shuttle, towels, sunbeds, everything. Infinity pool. Nightly entertainment, we watched a belly dancer. Spa, massages, etc

No big issue: I guess rooms would do week with a bit of a refurbishment, a bit outdated, but very clean.Our room was a bit noisy from a generator from the adjacent hotel, but it was not a big issue. Staff offered to move us, but we could not be bothered.

Excellent breakfast, foyer is grand, staff are very friendly especially Ahamad Al Ajrami.. He made us feel super welcome and was very hospitable and accommodating.. Nothing was too hard for him.. Swimming Pool was great.. Good music at night .. The complimentary traditional waiter serving lemon juice, the complimentary chocolate stand with Chef and complimentary masseur was a bonus.. Made it a unique experience. The lifesaver at the Dead Sea was helpful..

The bathroom was tiered..It needs a renovation..Some of the toilets in the foyer did not flush..

What’s not to like. I don’t usually write reviews but we had such an incredible stay at the Movenpick. The resort is beautiful and the spa is my new favourite place with first class facilities and breathtaking views. A special thank you to Yaqmur who made my stay truly exceptional from start to finish. Thank you also to Hanan and Ahmad for such a warm welcome, your kindness has not been forgotten. If you want relaxation, this is the place to be. I had the most incredible treatments led by Jayza and Silva (I haven’t had a massage like that before) and I already can’t wait to return. Everything about the Movenpick exceeded expectations, from the food, the beach to the service and the hospitality. Thank you all for everything and see you again soon!

1. Very good position on the dead sea, nice big territory 2. The spa is very nice, external and internal pools, saunas and dead sea pool inside. 3. The people. Very good experience with staff. At front desk manager Ahmad was kind and helped us. The lady in the spa was helpful too. 4. Nice to walk in the evening in territory 5. The beach staff was nice, showed me salty crystals and gave mud, took some photos.

1. I stayed only one night so i didnt change the room, but it was a bit outdated. The view was on the sea but very far from main building, so ask for upgrade. Its not full now. For the price you pay it needs to be renewed. 2. Variety of food at dinner was not much but we managed to choose. 3. If you stay in main building, to go to the sea you have to call the transfer with club car. And sometimes you have to wait too much. 4. The spa is extra cost, even if i would expect it included. 5. Needs rennovation as its all a bit old, at the beach the showers dont work, only one a little bit. This creates long queues.
