Was made comfortable on arrival with parking space , quick check in. Met my needs and requests. Wycliffe looked after me all weekend. What a treasure that man is. Anything I needed he was there and made me feel very welcome always. Each morning and night. Deep tissue massage was requested by me and within 1 hour Jackline came from a sister resort and gave me a brilliant massage! Well worth 4,000ksh 60 minutes. Food was great, breakfast maybe add some bacon? As I am lactose free so hard to meet my needs (very picky) Lamb chops delicious! Your chef is a good cook and decent portion sizes. My laundry was washed and given back to me the same day also great. Briefly met David this morning the hotel manager. Lovely bloke! All your staff are a credit to you. I would like a special rate for my next trip. Please can housekeeping clean the pool throughout the day if possible as i didn’t attend due to many leaves from the tree.

Could you please add some snacks at the bar, peanuts? Crisps? Pork scratchings etc. Provide more channels on the television? Sport / Netflix? Make breakfast a little cheaper as I only had very small portions and 1500ksh is quite a huge price. Clean leaves from the pool throughout the day?

They offer a very good space for money you don't see this unless you have a studio . If they add the service of adding utensils for the kitchen it will be great especially With cooker along microwave available. Also the location is great . Staff are helpful . Which is the main reason for it .

The issue with insects is the must put fence in the shower because it's the only way they enter the room and I got bitten 4 times because of that . All rooms and bathrooms lack a good lighting system which is a headache especially in front of the wardrobe or in the bathroom. They need to have a better breakfast. Simply their bakery needs to be changed it feels like eating a 2 day old bakery . Salad to increase one more option at least . Sausage if you don't make it appetizing don't add it in the breakfast I notice no one tries to get near it . Cup for water will be helpful if available. Option of omelette if available in piece of paper hanging near kitchen . Beans are too sweet

Breakfast was excellent, with a selection of hot and cold options. Kitchen staff also offered to cook eggs any style, by request. Staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. Hotel has an outdoor pool and a small gym. The room had a fridge and microwave, which allowed self-catering and also had a dining table and couch, which is a welcome change to studio style hotel rooms. The location is walking distance to the Sarit Centre, otherwise it is easy to arrange rideshare pick-ups from the hotel. Hotel has a lift to allow easy access to rooms.

Rooms could do with a minor update and the mattress was quite hard

The room hat plenty of space, the bed was always clean and well made and felt nice to sleep there. I also liked the breakfast - there was everything there I'd hope to find. The staff were friendly and helpfull at any time

The background noise from outside was very loud at times (the windows are not well insulated against sound). At 5 a.m. there wasn't warm water in the pipes so when I had to get up early I had to shave using cold water which was inconvenient. Most of the light bulbs in the "living room" gave only very dim light. WiFi was there but was hardly enough for a video call

I stayed at twice at the Zehneria during my travel to Kenya . The hotel is pocket friendly with a pool. It is centrally located with restaurants, grocery stores and Sarit Centre in the vicinity. The hotel wifi is of good quality, the rooms are comfortable. The reception staff Mai Tai was very kind and prompt in tending to requests, be it for a room facilities, extra stay etc. The Chef ,his assistant Peter and another one ( - who served dinner when I arrived late at night at the hotel due to delayed flight, sorry unable to recall the name) were very kind in tending to special dietary requests- be it for Aloo parathas, Paneer curry or 'Dawa' (when i was struggling with a bad cold). There are a lot of food options for vegetarians. The staff were very courteous and professional. All in all it was a nice experience.

The gym needs a total revamp and face lift No need to have unfunctional machines . Looking forward to coming back to seeing this changes made Also please have a sauna or change that on the hotel facility bio. Otherwise amazing place. The owner needs to provide the amazing staff with all Needed great facilities as their customer service is absolutely 10/10 10 star ⭐ upto the GM.

It's a great value for money accommodation. Much cheaper compared to similar properties in the area. The location is absolutely superb, right next to Sarit Centre and easily accessible. It's become my favourite hotel to stay at. Not high end but extremely comforatble. The best bit about the facility is the staff - very polite and customer-oriented. Definitely recommend it.

There could be more TV channels and a more expansive breakfast but given the rate per night, this is understandable.
