Nice hotel overlooking a large sports club and green space. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. The staff were very kind and helpful! Also, it was really convenient to have a restaurant on the top floor - in the mornings there was a huge buffet breakfast for hotel guests. I stayed for a week and felt quite at home by the end :)

I would only suggest to have a few more amenities in the room kitchen. There was only instant coffee and a couple black teas. It would be helpful for guests to have some cutlery, plate and bowl, pot, bottle opener, etc. - so they could cook if they wanted.

The rooms were spacious and clean. They were equipped with a safe box; and generally the hotel felt very safe. It was in a relatively good are of Nairobi.

The majority of the staff did not speak English; so naturally they couldn't be as helpful when we had questions about the city.

A good option for the price and very friendly staff. A little outdated, but all as described. A renovation would be hreat and needed. When take shower the bathroom get wet, but the water is hot. For this price a good value and nothing to complain, nor something special. Restaurant im 6th floor is quite good and have Chinese food. Internet with WiFi is on the better side. Quite big rooms with a decent lightning. At working table a little dark, also caused as no sun comes in due to the neighbor building.

From balcony not a good few as next building very near and so never get sun. Breakfast is so so and no cold cuts available.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The park view rooms have a lovely balcony that oversees a wide area, it feels very nice to have this in the middle of Nairobi. Location is great in the middle of Westlands. The staff is very helpful and nice.

I don't think the breakfast was "very good" as written on this page, but it was very decent. There is a kitchen in every room but nothing to actually cook, only 2 cups and 2 glasses (which was fine to us). The rooms with the park view are very nice but be aware that kids will start doing exercise from 7am on some days, so bring your earplugs if you want to sleep in!

Stayed only 1 night. Pleasantly surprise by the hotel and staff. Check-in was efficient, rooms were clean and cavernous (no AC but it was nice and cool nonetheless), breakfast was sufficient (the egg station was a plus), staff was friendly and responsive, the area was safe as far as we can tell (walked to the Westgate Mall but roads were dusty and busy so we Uber-ed back). Overall a nice one-night stop.

It took a bit of tweaking to get the right water temperature in the sink and shower. Nearly scalded my hand with hot water the first time. The rooms have a kitchen and fridge but no utensils, plates or glasses, which rather defeats the purpose.

The rooms are pretty comfortable and spacious. The breakfast options were good and varied everyday. The restaurant on the rooftop is Chinese and serves authentic dishes. I tried a few dishes in the Hotel restaurant and were decent. Could have done better but again that's my individual preferences. The service in the restaurant is fast. Entire staff team is attentive and polite. Check-in & Check-out process was smooth. The Hotel is at a very good location but the selection of room side matters. One side of the Hotel has an excellent view of a beautiful community with playgrounds and buildings at distance but the other side is facing to the adjacent building without any view which I had. However it didn't matter much to me as I barely stayed in the room. Overall a good experience. Keep it up.

Personally for me, the food at the restaurant was average according to my taste and preference. No judgements here. To my surprise the room did not have an Air-Con, but a ceiling Fan. Although the weather during my stay was cold and didn't need the air-con but not sure how would it be comfortable during the peak summer days.

The location is very good, central and quiet, which is not so common in Africa due to the low quality of the windows. So sleep was good.

The bathroom is big and modern with a very large shower, unfortunately the floor is covered with ceramic tiles thought for walls, not floors. Hence they are very, VERY, slippery even before being covered with soap. It's a very dangerous thing and the big sign on the glass it's not helping much, a great care is necessary to avoid to fall.

Cute no-frills hotel that had everything we needed and more. We loved the balcony overlooking the park/field, it was very peaceful. The room furnishings are of good quality, basic but tasteful. The bed was comfortable, and it was a nice surprise to have a kitchenette even though we didn't end up using it. The breakfast was basic but more than fine, it was nice to be able to order an omelet. The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly upon check-in.

The decor of the breakfast restaurant was a bit lackluster, but really a minor detail to an overall great experience.

The staff of the Hotel were really friendly and approachable. They were always willing to answer my questions and render assistance. I will never forget how the security guard even stood next to me while i was waiting for my BOLT Car ride (Taxi) to arrive. They kept me company with conversation and made sure the driver was not lost. The area is very safe and close to westgate shopping mall which any tourist can comfortably walk around in and enjoy the usual creature comforts (Restaurants, food, cinema etc). They have a restaurant which is helpful if you are lazy to leave the hotel for food. The breakfast was good. Nice view of the playing field opposite the hotel where you can see international people all playing sports together. There was not too much noise in the room. The microwave and full sized fridge were great additions meaning you have some ability to prepare food. There are no pots and pans/ plates but that didnt bother me. Room was very clean and comfortable. No AC but again that didnt bother me and seems to be a common thing in Kenya.

I wouldn't say I had anything I didn't like, but it is probably worth noting that as a solo traveler I never really felt totally comfortable walking along the streets even though the westlands area is supposed to be very safe. There was nothing wrong with the area but I guess I just felt it was a bit intimidating. But that being said, it is very safe and easy and comfortable to book a ride from the hotel to wherever you want to go at an affordable rate. I even went out at night and didnt feel unsafe taking the car rides.

My room on the 5th floor at time got noises from above, the restaurant, when they moved furniture around. The room was very clean. The shower was very pleasant! The Garden Restaurant on the 6th floor served delicious meals, the breakfast was exceptional, I had a good view of the playing field, was nice to watch the players.

There were no bedside rugs/mats! The room had this smell of someone having smoked in there previously, despite the "No Smoking" sign. No air conditioning, only a ceiling fan.
