Everything. The staff were spectacular, patient and amazing.

I didn't like that I had to use the translater everytime. It would have been nice if they understood the basics of communication like when asking for salt or honey. However, I also got to learn their language in order to be able to communicate which perhaps is an experience I will have and always cherish. But yes the language barrier was an inconvenience.

Staff was friendly and kind. A young lady name Xuan who serve us in Salt & Pepper Restaurant were helpful, kind and friendly.

My time at the Pullman was an absolute delight, creating memories I will cherish. The resort staff consistently went above and beyond, ensuring a perfect stay from start to finish. The breakfast experience was truly exceptional, with a remarkable selection of high-quality food that surpassed all expectations. The Breakfast Team (including Thai, Lingh, Nghia, and others) deserves immense credit for their outstanding service and genuine warmth, making each morning incredibly welcoming. The Mad Cow restaurant proved to be a culinary gem, a true flagship of the resort. Beyond the dining, the rooftop yoga classes offered breathtaking views, while the idyllic green lawns, swaying palms, and spacious, meticulously maintained grounds provided a tranquil and relaxing escape. I also had an amazing experience at the Pullman Spa, which I highly recommend to anyone staying at Pullman Phu Quoc.

The hotel is overall excellent, especially the staff who make an effort to remember your previous requests for food and drink. The Mad Cow restaurant whilst a little expensive is amazing, although the wine list is a little hit and miss. The main restaurant serves a great breakfast and the evening menu is superb..... don't waste your time with the seafood, you will get a much better selection for greater value at the local night market. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Would highly recommend for a 5 to 7 night stay

This is a family location, screaming children can become irritating, so if you don't like children ...... Also the hotel is not very close to the local Night Market, you are a 5min Grab ride away and the main night market is 25 to 30mins away

Great beach and swimming pool. Bicycles, sup and kayak are available for rental for free. Spacious room with amazing ocean view. You can order extra amenities by scanning the QR code. Delicious breakfast and bingsu(Korean shaved ice) is available to order at the bar. Offer free airport transfers.

I had happy stay at Pullman overall. Check in time takes a bit long (30 minutes) My room’s TV was suddenly on while I was sleeping in the midnight so I don’t have good sleep during my stay, I have provided my feedback to Pullaman. Would be grateful if more shuttle bus can be provided to Sonasea night market (currently one or two)

Pullman Phu Quoc is great.The building is huge,but at same time it's very easy to find out how to reach different facilities.The room I stayed is quite spacious, equipped with everything you need (iron , electric kettle, hair dryer).The bed is more than comfortable.The included breakfast is fantastic with focus on Chinese and Asian customer, nevertheless for me European,the choice of food is fantastic. Cleanliness outstanding. There is a fitness room,sauna , massage with a lot of different types of treatments. Personal very friendly,, always willing to serve you the best and with the smile.Very nice and friendly people.

The view from the balcony on surroundings not the most impressive,but it depends on which side it is situated.Next time I will opt for the more sunny/beach side view. The beach is nice but I will not describe it as tropical paradise.The music : inside and outside is a little bit too loud. As a tourist from Europe I would like to hear not only english music,but the Vietnamese as well.

Service persons were all good. Specially reception desk - thanks. I forgot his name but he was night shift and solved issues upon my arrival. And ofcouse so kind and well explained such happening. Your staff is five star but facilities was not enough. Had to room change in late night. But also Customer service did well and thank you for complimentaly service. I can't use it but my family will check in on 17th and stay there 4night (2rooms) - they can benefit it. Over all - FINE.

I like the environment, airport shuttle bus transfer provided, tip top service from housekeeping, reception, waiter and each of every staff especially Hoc (medical practitioner), who assisted us to bring my child that sprained her leg to nearby medical center for further checked up, where helped us to translate from A-Z.

Communication still a big challenge.

The room was amazing, deluxe king room with sea view. Fantastic views of the sunset and amazing bath and shower. Loved the free shuttles to small market and duong dong daily and there is a buggy takes you to the local shop and restaurant , walking distance but helpful if carrying essentials that are cheaper than the hotel. The pool and beach areas are fabulous and the breakfast has lots of choices and amazing food . Definitely be back.

Air con not working correctly 1st night but fixed at once when told the staff

Access to the private beach front and the resort facilities was exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. would definitely come back with my family to share the wonderful experience.

Location wise, there wasn’t much to do in walking distance outside of the resort.
