Easy to find. Common area. Lobby walk way was perfect for pictures and runway walk for my daughter prom pictures. Big screen tv, kitchenette with china. Parking lot close by. Comfy bed and cool room.

We had ants. Had a problem using the initial code given and wasted time trying to get in. Room was small and just wasn’t worth the price especially since we had to remove trash and wash dishes. The view out the window was nonexistent. Which honestly don’t bother paying for balcony because all you see is the highway.

I didn't know what to expect considering all the different commentaries I read online but the room was exactly like the pictures, clean and cosy, the building was easy to find and I hadn't any problems to get into it or into my room. It's not a hotel, so you can't expect all the different services you usually have with one but that does the job. That's why it's so affordable. It's close to the subway so you can go very fast to Manhattan. We had a nice stay with my wife for our week in NYC and we were satisfied with the Global Luxury Suites at the Arches.

The ease of getting into the building and the apartment, I also love the apartments themselves! The buildings are new and the blue lights makes it exciting to look at.

The fact that you can’t contact anyone for any reason is very disheartening, there are numerous numbers and no one answers any of them! I’ve tried to book directly with the company but was also unsuccessful. My issue with the room is for the 2nd time it’s not exactly the room I chose and the balcony has been dirty each time, house keeping is not looking out there at all! Other than that I LOVE this place and would definitely recommend it.

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the gym was outstanding compared to other places I’ve stayed

Toilet paper holder and towel rod were not securely attached to the wall. No coffee?? I’ve never stayed somewhere with a coffee maker that didn’t have complimentary coffee. Would have been ok if the attached cafe was open- I don’t even think it’s in business.

The quiet environment and the silence inside the premises

Everything was okay for us apart the room cleaning issue. During two stay no one cleaned at least once…. We had to do it by own and but the detergent and cleaning towels for the room.

Check in was smooth, gave extra towels if needed, no need to contact anyone. I liked the location. There was a new restaurant near by that had amazing food. I forgot my toothbrush and the dollar tree near by was very convenient. I liked the fact that being near the highway wasn't as noisy as thought. It wasn't noisy at all. Would come again. The shower was my favorite!

There was no blind on the door to the balcony which gives people access to see in since the 3rd floor was the highest level. I dropped some rice and they gave us a dustpan but no broom. I cleaned up the mess but it was a little difficult. Didn't need the ironing board but, there was no iron. Would feel more comfortable if the shower had a second glass screen that slides. Having one side open just let's all that good heat out and I had to put a towel down outside the shower to prevent water on the floors.

Did not recieve breakfast, but I did like the set up of the room, bathroom was bigger than I expected it to be, the door for the bathroom just seemed a little too close to the toilet and would not close fully. Overall, my stay was very relaxing.

I couldn’t use the balcony due to the snow and rain . The heater sounded like a washing machine and sometimes like something wanted to jump out.

It was nice and big clean comfortable beds love the bath tub

Location there's no staff the garbage room locks at 11pm on the 2nd floor dog fences all outside bad bad bad location.

Very spacious! Feels like a studio apartment with the kitchenette, broom closet and couch etc. They gave a goodie basket with dish soap, detergent, tissue paper and other little items that came in handy. Extra packages towels and more. The gym is good and the business center and lounge are beautiful.

The glass shower door wasn’t wide enough, too much water splashed out the shower onto the floor no matter what we did.

It has easy access close to metro stations of lines 4,5,6. There is a fridge and microwave and not far is a supermarket to buy some food. There was a coffee and tee for the first breakfast and some items to wash the dishes complimentary.

It is a noisy position. There was nobody to welcome. Totally nonpersonal attitude. The water tap in the shower gives first warm and later cold water. Should it be in the opposite way?
