Please write this review Staying at Clarion Inn & Suites was a wonderful experience! The manager was absolutely lovely and provided outstanding customer service. After missing my flight and arriving a day late, she promptly coordinated with the third-party booking service and ensured my reservation was adjusted to my new arrival date. I had initially called on short notice and spoke with Dewayn, who was exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Both the manager and Dewayn went above and beyond to assist me, making the process seamless. I’ve already booked the hotel again for this week, this time for my family and me. I can’t wait to return—thank you so much!

Value for money

I liked the overall interior appearance of the hotel, and the fact that it had transportation to dfw airport with no additional cost. Plus free parking was great too.

I didn't like that there was a small van to pick up everyone heading to dfw airport, there needs to be a van for each hotel alone instead of going from one hotel to the next and squeezing us all in.

The pool room was closed the entire time & they didn’t offer or give anything off on the bill nor anything for the inconvenience when the pool room was the main reason I chose this hotel & I’m from out of state, that part was very disappointing. Also their was only coffee for breakfast there wasn’t a free breakfast at all! Misleading!

The convenience of flying out of DFW. The airport shuttle service and ability to park my car there is the best service ever. This Clarion takes the stress out of parking and traveling out of DFW. Also, the Bistro is convenient and nice to eat without leaving the hotel. I stay here every time!

The night shift worker, Dwayne, is a top notch employee. He went above & beyond in the customer service department!! Employees like him are very rare these days, take care of that guy!

It was like a maze to get to our room from outside of the building. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!

I called the hotel upon arrival at the airport and the staff provided clear directions to find the shuttle service. She then alerted the driver who waited a few minutes for us to get there. Great shuttle service. Friendly helpful staff.

We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness of the room. With a short overnight in Dallas in between flights, we needed something affordable for only 6 hours, and this was perfect. Beds were super comfy, and shower was large, clean and had soap and shampoo. But watch out for the shuttle, not timely, not safe and over full!

We waited over an hour for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and with only 6 hours this was maddening! The shuttle passed twice, but was over full, even people sitting on each other's lap. Very unsafe conditions. It was a common shuttle for 5 or more hotesl, and the same driver for the early morning. We could see as we passed other hotels with our van over-full, that guests were frustrated and some would be late for their flights. Need a better shuttle service!!

The gym was ok, but I loved the pool and jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The carpet and everything else in the room felt damp, probably from humidity. The little freezer was full of water, but they took care of it very quickly.
