The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The location is great, there is a bus stop right in front of the property that connects you anywhere in the city and the best part is that it’s within a 5 minute walk from The Historic Pearl.

The entire experience went amazing overall staff was very friendly, I was definitely satisfied. I received what I paid for . No hostiles I’m the environment.

Great location near Pearl district, super comfortable beds, good water pressure and surprisingly quiet since it’s near the freeway. I felt completely safe and slept great!!

No dislikes that I can think of.

the price that I was total to pay was not affordable and I didn’t know it had to be on a credit or debit card. plus I had to give a security deposit that’s not fair..

The grab n go sack breakfast only contained bottle apple juice, granola bar and single serve peaches pieces. Not really consider it a "breakfast", but can't wait if start serving real food for breakfast.

The front desk person Trish, made the check in easy and quick. She was very professional and always had a smile on her face.

There was nothing bad about my stay. The room was clean ,the ac was cold, the property was clean too

Pool hours, neighbors were out in the pool at 3 in the morning.

Rooms are pretty clean , staff friendly, best value in the downtown San Antonio!

The facility is good, there wereare a few people who come on property without having rooms maybe visiting others but that is a very small problem. I wish they would hire me as maintenance and for pool cleaning as there are slight shortcomings in the work done and the pool needs a good cleaning. I take pride in my work, and do more than just to get by.

All though it was close to highway and our room faced it, we was not able to hear any of the noise.

There was what appeared to be some homeless but staff was always alert, & walking the property.
