The breakfast was really nice and the staff prepping breakfast was truly awesome, fun, and energetic. A great start of the day! The staff that checked us into the hotel was friendly and it took no time to get the card to our room. They also made sure we were next door to our friends.

There were stains on the lamp sheds, stains on the carpet, and stains in the bathroom on the tile in the shower. It's an older hotel that could use a little updating.

Floors are stained from being pet friendly which can be expected. Paying for parking was a bit annoying considering your paying to stay, guess I overlooked that when I booked the rooms. Breakfast was good but wish there was more variety of food, but it's free so no complaints, just a recommendation.

Breakfast was good, as expected. Parking was easy, would be better if it was free for guests but we did get our fee waived because our room wasn't ready on time. Room was very nice, huge and felt very clean. We had just stayed in another 3 star before this and Comfort Suites were brilliant in comparison, so we would definitely stay again.

We always use the gym on our trips so more gym equipment would have been good, but there was enough there for a decent workout. Also we had a long wait to get into our room, but the staff were very helpful and apologetic, and ended up waiving our parking fee which we appreciated.

Tony the Maintenance was very thoughtful and considerate, I left my meds in room refrigerator, they found them ,I contacted the front desk and Christian was very informative on how I proceed to get My meds to me,the Magr. PatMAG.took over from there and took all steps for me in securing my property,,she went over and beyond professionalism to personally call me ,filled out my paper work for the shipping,both are an asset to the corporation and the company.

Not very much that we didn't like at all.

The hotel is beautiful, the finishes and in photos it looks very beautiful. The beds and pillow are very good. All the people who work are very kind and respectful

When we entered the room it smelled bad. The bathroom was dirty, disinfected the entire bathroom. The toilet was dirty. In photos the rooms look beautiful but on the walls the wallpaper falls off. There are many stains on the floor. It does not have access to USB connections. I think it would be very helpful for them to say.

The room was large enough for 3 people. Ours had a sleeper sofa. A hot breakfast was available and was more than enough. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins and bagels. The staff was friendly. You can walk to the Alamo and river walk. Overall this was an affordable pick.

You pay to park and there is limited spaces. 5/6 nights we had to park under a major highway. You are on the edge of town, across the street starts the seedy part of town.

The cleanliness of the place was excellent and all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the time that it was available was great. The room that we got was very comfortable and very clean.

I know that there was a lot of families staying there but I really didn’t like that I had to eat breakfast standing up. In the room, the tv could be a little bigger than the one there and the sofa needs to be replaced it’s not comfortable at all.

The hotel was easy to find, book, and check-in. They had plenty of parking. Although the enclosed parking under the bridge seemed sketchy, nothing happened to our vehicle or the vehicles around us during our stay. The staff was kind and helpful, day crew and night crew alike. The lobby was cleaned often. They also had a mini store area inside the hotel to purchase any necessary items (rr items, snacks). The room was nice and cold when we arrived, also clean and perfect in every way. We had a microwave and mini fridge. The pullout sofa bed worked great, as did the tv. Although the room phone didn't work, we didn't need it. The breakfast had a great selection of warm food and cold food options: Sausage, eggs, make your own waffle station (cinnamon and regular TX waffles, as well as mini waffles for the kids), several kinds of cereals, muffins, toast, fruit, apple juice, orange juice, milk, coffee, and water.... they allow you to take it to your room, which was nice because the breakfast area was really cold. Plenty of seating with a TV in the dining area. Although we didn't use it, the pool and gym looked nice. The hotel was very close to the Riverwalk/Mall. After having a vehicle issue (Due to no fault of the hotel), the staff were very kind and accommodating.

The room phone didn't work, which wasn't a big deal, but should've probably been working.

I took my son and a friend of his there for a concert they attended. The staff was friendly, the hotel itself was clean, as was our room. Location was easy enough to find and quite close to the venue. Neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy at night but didn't have any issues. Breakfast was better than expected and they had lots to choose from. Hotel coffee was decent, which is a plus. Very happy with our stay.

If I were to nit-pick, I reserved the room for three beds and I had to ask for another blanket and pillow for the sofa bed.

The staff was friendly, housekeeping took trash and changed sheets during my stay. Breakfast was hot. When we arrived the Jacuzzi wasn't working but they had that fixed within a day. Lemon infused water available all day.

Only had sausage and eggs for the hot breakfast besides the waffles. I wish they switched it up, maybe biscuits and gravy or omelets.
