excellent location next to services, shops, restaurants, beach, city centre. clean and quite big room, but it was on the side of the main street and there was a lot of noise from the traffic during the night. It is better to ask for a room on the back street which I expect it wlll be much less noisy. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices. The staff was very helpful, polite and available.

The opening time of the gym was late, at 09:30. It should at least be at 8-8:30 to have the time to exercise before having breakfast and also in order to have time to go the beach afterwards and have the opportunity to rent an umbrella and sunbed. If you go late to the beach you risk to stay without umbrella and sunbed due to high demand. Also it should have some more gym equipment and offer face towels. The fridge in the room was not very efficient. it keeps the water fresh but not really cool, compared to those in other hotels. I understand that it was quite old and may be should be replaced.

Hot tub warm. damp smell in the area. Didn’t feel clean. Couple with us said food ok. Tiny ants in our bed and in our room

Location fabulous. Near the beach and near downtown. Walking distance of minutes.

Shower did not work adequately. The bed was big, size was fabulous, but it was made of this memory foam, which I personally don’t like.

When arrived - we found the bathroom trash can has not been changed from the previous quests.

My friend and I had very early tours which meant for 3 days we were unable to have breakfast but we were offered a picnic lunch which was very good having yogurt, cereal, fruit, bread and jam, water and a drink and a cookie, they also provided a gluten free option for my friend. The location was excellent just in front of the bullring and a stones throw away from the port with plenty of restaurants close by. There was also a taxi rank just outside the hotel. Very convenient for the park and within walking distance of the shopping area and cathedral.

The pillows were a little hard. It was difficult to leave the window open because it was on a main road and noisy at peak times.

The hotel is wonderful; the rooms have lovely views and the AC works well! The staff are so friendly and kind. This hotel is a very short walk from both the beach and the city center, and there’s a lovely bakery across the street for breakfast. Lovely overall!

When I connected to the hotel WiFi I got many spam contacts immediately and over the next three days. The WiFi needs to be protected and someone needs to stop the cyber attacks; client data should not be getting transferred to third parties, and the connection method should not require personal data. Also, the pillows truly need to be replaced, They are rock hard. They pinched nerves in my neck.

I really liked the location, the hotel rooms are very comfortable with a balcony and it had a beautiful view with lots of trees and not far from La Malagueta promenade. Also, the bathroom was spacious with a bath spa which I liked it. The view from the terrace was great too specially in the evening. I loved the fact that it was not far from the sights of the city including Calle Larios and many restaurants, museums and other places. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant food was amazing and really worth it. The hotel was within walking distance to everywhere.

It was everything good. Maybe the shower doors need renewal.

Location: The hotel is located near but not on the port. Ideally located for the beach, quayside bars and the restaurants. There is a taxi layby right outside the hotel. Room: We had a room on the twelfth floor, facing out towards the port. This room had good views of the bullring, the castle and the port. The room was onsuite, has a wardrobe and plenty hanging and shelf space. The room has a balcony and sufficient space within the room. Breakfast: This was a good breakfast with enough selection for most people, standard full English, continental, meats and cheeses, cereals, fresh fruit and teas and coffees.

Not sure there was much wrong with the hotel, perhaps the lifts are a little tight but we managed.

The hotel has quite a traditional Spanish feel. Room was very nice, clean, quite spacious. The beds were very comfortable The hotel is on a busy road but there was no traffic noise in the room. There is a rooftop solarium which was good, plenty of loungers, There was also a jacuzzi and steam room, neither of which were open whilst we were there which was a shame.

The location was further from Malaga centre than we thought, about a 20 minute walk into the centre. It is very close to the beach and there are a few cafes and restaurants nearby. We were room only but had breakfast on the first day which was very disappointing for the price. There is an excellent cafe across the road which we used.

We were travelling as a group of five people and decided to take two rooms. Both rooms were as described, the bigger one even had a balcony. Clean and cozy, bathrooms had everything one might need. Location is amazing, 10 minutes from the Malagueta beach. Another super convenient thing is that you can pay at the property without having to pay in advance.

I lived in a room with two more people and had to sleep on a couch. It was arranged for this purpose as per my request, but for some reason I didn’t get a normal blanket but rather a rug wrapped in two sheets… if that makes sense 😁 Otherwise everything was good.
