The hotel's super clean and nice! I really liked it. I arrived in Istanbul and got to the hotel in the wee-hours of the morning (around 6am) and was so tired when i got there. While they weren't able to provide me with the room I initially booked for because it wasn't ready yet, they were able to accommodate my request for early-check in and provide me with a room that they had that was already cleaned and available. I truly appreciated that they were able to accommodate to my needs! The room was really clean, nice and modern. The staff was really nice and friendly too! I ordered food room service while I was there and the service was quick. The Turkish Manti from their menu was delicious! They also had a cafe (Starbucks i think) onsite which was nice. Overall, I had a good experience staying here and highly recommend.

The actual hotel is fairly new, well built with nice spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. Very comfortable beds, clean, free water & coffee/tea. There is a bar & restaurant downstairs, so was nice to have a night cap of whisky and watch a soccer game.

Picked this hotel only on recommendation by a friend who lives nearby, so it was a matter of convenience for him, as he was driving us from & to the airport. Otherwise, it is very far from the Istanbul airport on the Asian side of the city (took us over an hour to reach it from the airport). Hotel is located in the old part of the suburb surrounded by old buildings, dusty roads and nothing else, literally.

Breakfast was good! ( Thank you Chef Erdogan and team. I really liked the designs on my pancakes) Room service is exceptionally fast with food orders too. The staff are so nice from the cleaner ( Vildan who was really lovely even though she didn't really speak English she was helpful and kind) to the general staff. They are all really nice people and I would like to thank them for making my stay great. Volcan, Ugur, Omer, Myra, Busra, Umut and Zynep are amazing people ! If you're in the Kadikoy area and want a standard like hotel, this is the place especially if you are not Turkish. Other hotels do not have many English speaking staff.

The location is a little odd so there are not many food places within a short distance but this place is really not far from a mall Akasya and also the main Caddebostan and Bagdat Caddesi where there are lots of shops and places to eat.

Place is less than 10 minutes walk from Kadıköy centeral market and bus/ metro station, and multiple malls are a short drive away. Room is clean and shower pressure is good. Lovely lobby seating area

Hotel is right next to the highway so access to it can be a bit annoying. The neighbourhood it is in mostly has car and bike shops and banks - you'd need a bit of a walk to get to a convenience store or anything else Mattress is too soft - makes it uncomfortable for fat/ heavy people Lobby smells bad in the morning but lovely at night - was a weird thing

location is close to train station which gives easy access to Marmaray train commuting between the Asian side and European side of Istanbul. The cleaning staff were quite attentive to the needs of the guest.

Room is nice, and there are branded Dove shampoo and shower gel. Location is good, next to a bus station, walk around there are many restaurant. The stuff are beautiful and handsome, the are very helpful, Mr. Selim help me color print 4 page and surprise free. The buffet breakfast is very nice, have a lot of delicious food and fruit. Today I check out and lost my flash disk, send message to them on Booking, they reply very quickly and help me find it. I would say it is one of the best hotel I live, if I come to Istanbul next time, must book holiday inn. Highe recommend.

The cleaning service was regular and good. Room size: Spacious for two, fair size for 3 guests. A good valet and reception services. Exceptional breakfast. Don't forget to ask for a second mattress on the additional bed (3rd bed for kid) otherwise it's very uncomfortable.

Heating with air conditioning, it was warm enough but dry. The window was opening to a maintenance garage. Don't expect to see any good view.

Super clean, comfortable and well equipped room, modern facilities and friendly staff. Free valet parking is a big plus and it was one of the reasons why I chose this property. In a huge, crowded city like Istanbul parking could be a big nightmare if you're arriving by car. While it might not have great views out the window, the location of the hotel is great. It's only walking distance away from a major public transportation hub with Marmaray and Metrobüs, and about a 20 minute walk away if you'd like to take the scenic route with a ferry. Lots options for food, drinks and shopping nearby. Only walking distance from the best known landmarks Kadıköy has to offer.

The breakfast buffet is very expensive, especially when considering there are so many great breakfast options within walking distance in Kadıköy (for less than half the price per person). If you're someone who prefers a pitch black room while sleeping, you need to work a bit to achieve that in here since there are light sources such as the TV and AC system, that have no way of turning off. But this is a minor complaint.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at the hotel, this is the best service and the most friendly and helpful staff. My birthday coincided with my stay at the hotel and they gave me a compliment from the hotel and gave me a pleasant surprise with fruits and wine. And in the evening at the restaurant I had dinner alone and to cheer me up, the staff sang happy birthday to me and brought out a piece of cake with a candle. It was very touching and done with such hospitality and soul. Very comfortable and cozy room with a soft bed, clean and beautiful interior. I am very pleased that my birthday was in this hotel. I recommend🔥🔥🔥

All was perfect

Everything was cool, basically what you expect of a HolidayInn. A noise was coming from the AC in my room, I called, it has been well taken care of. Excellent breakfast. There is a marmaray station just nearby, you can basically go from there almost to anywhere in Istanbul.

The location is not what I expected, it faces a highway, the neighborhood is full of bikes and bikes' spare parts sellers, no nearby interesting restaurants. Behind the hotel few minutes walking I found what I think is one of the poorest areas of Istanbul (I know Istanbul pretty well). Basically the hotel is to sleep in, nothing around. I didn't feel safe hanging around in the neighborhood at night. Marmaray (a metro) stops at around 11:59PM.
