Our group had another fantastic stay at Bishkek Centrum Hotel! This wasn’t my first time staying here, and once again, the experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure our group felt comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel’s central location is unbeatable, with easy access to cafes, shops, and major attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean

In the past, the hotel offered free airport pickup, which is now a paid service. While this was a change, I still appreciated the convenience of the service and found it well-organized.

Our 7-day stay was generally positive. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping services. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's convenient location, within walking distance of the mall, was a major plus.

Could have been better if they have breakfast included. Additionally, arriving early in the morning, early check-in wasn't an option, tho I understand the hotel's policy. While we appreciate the need for certain protocols, a bit more flexibility or perhaps a complimentary coffee or tea would have been a thoughtful gesture.

We avail airport pick up, which was more convenient and reasonable price although the driver did not or cannot speak in English, nevertheless, the ride to the hotel was smooth, The staff are very accommodating and will even help you with the taxi booking if you want to go somewhere, the room is very spacious, we are 3 in the room and still have enough space for our luggage and roam around. It was near the mall and good food nearby overall experience I can say it was worth its price. Also please note there are no lift but the staff will help you carry all your belongings to the first floor which is very nice.

There was no bidet, that's the only thing

Our stay at Bishkek Centrum Hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. One of our favorite features was the heated bathroom floors—they added such a cozy touch to our mornings. The staff were thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing us with extra pillows and blankets without hesitation. The location was another highlight, as it’s conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. We had such a wonderful experience and are already planning to come back. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. I am usually very critical for reviews but everything was perfect. The airport pickup is really convenient. The car was waiting exactly where they said it would be. The checkin is super easy as they were expecting me. The room was great and in a good location. Tips for travelers: Get the SIM card at the airport, very convenient and they don't up-charge because you are the airport. If you are using the transport provided by the hotel, it is reliable and easy. You can wait to change money after getting to the hotel. No need to change at the airport as you will be tired and the touts trying to get you into their taxi might be tiring for you to deal with.

I really can't think of anything, the staff was fantastic and everything went so smoothly. Very attentive and helpful with everything.

It is located in the city center, 5 minutes from a big shopping center which has groceries, clothes, electronics, entertainment for kids, cinema and places to eat. The hotel looks good, the mattresses are nice. Air conditioning is something I really appreciated in the summer heat in Bishkek. Nice modern smart TV in the room where you can just watch youtube or anything else.

The hotel needs some maintenance. In my room, the bed was so squeaky that it was making noises when I was just breathing (not too loud but for sure annoying), the water heater was leaking, the shower door was super squeaky as well. There is no elevator, so one might struggle with heavy suitcases or eith a wheelchair. I was given a different room to what I have booked, which is no trouble at all as the size is the same but might confuse someone who is more picky.

We recently had a very pleasant stay at the Bishkek Centrum Hotel with our family. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, making it comfortable for everyone to relax and unwind. The location was excellent - well-connected and within walking distance to many areas. An added bonus was the smooth airport transfer for a very reasonable price of USD 12. We especially appreciate Ayperi at the reception desk. Her helpfulness, positive attitude, and guidance throughout our stay were invaluable. Overall, we had a great experience at the Bishkek Centrum Hotel and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bishkek.

The only drawback we encountered was the lack of an elevator to the second floor. This might be a consideration for families with young children or those with mobility limitations.

Staff all had sufficient English and were happy to help. We had a triple room and it was fabulous - very generous size , comfortable beds, good AC, plenty of natural lighting, very quiet, lovely bathroom. Good location - easy walk to mall, grocery shop, pharmacy, cafes, parks and much more. Breakfast choices were ample and barista coffee spot on. Cleaning staff had good English and were very helpful.

Had to carry luggage to second floor - no lift but not too serious. They were booked up on our return to Bishkek so we couldn't stay there again.

I loved the quietness of the hotel. Almost no noise can be heard. A/C works fine, wifi too, TV too once you have all the remotes. Bed and bed covers are pretty comfortable, although for a tall person they might be too short. 24h reception, very safe, always somebody to help, the personnel speaks some English, although it is sometimes complicated to communicate. Water bottles and tea/ capuccino provided every day. You can have the room cleaned every day, or not if you prefer not to. The maids respect your privacy and rest. Luggage can be stored during an absence. The location is not that close to the historical centre, there is a good 20min walk, 15min to the Opera, 40+ to City Hall and the Philharmonic. Many shopping malls nearby, including an underground supermarket just across the street where food is very good.

Smells of smoke in the evening, although the rooms seem to be non-smoking. Stains on the carpet. Some bed pillows/ covers /towels didn't smell of cleanliness. The curtains are not enough to cut the light from outside, whether daylight or night lighting. No air purifier. The air vent in the bathroom was dirty, you should clean it.
