Hotel is located at best location. Atm, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, barber shops, money exchange everything is on walking distance. Located in the center of the city and very convenient to go anywhere from there. Taxi is 24/7 available through Yandex app which is too cheap. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and exceeded our expectations by providing the big room as requested & also got us connected to tourism company for further travels. Breakfast was also very good. Wifi is very good and available at any corner of hotel. They accept card payments and arrange Airport pick/drop.

Room size was normal. Bed mattress was ok not really comfortable and door had enough gap under which was not comfortable as all sounds and noise of other room people beside comes in

Awesome stay with kind gestures from the staffs. Ms. Eliza, from the reception- welcomed us with her smile. Room was spacious, neat and tidy. Though bidet is not available but manageable. Lobby was astoundingly quiet and clean. We love the breakfast, different menu everyday. Thanks Ms. Izecim for providing our request (hot milk and eggs as per our choice) with your kind smile. Ms. Perizat also provided us with a very smooth checkout transaction. All the amenities are in order and well maintained. Keep it up.

Everything is as always at the highest level! In the restaurant, they can always cook something especially tasty and healthy, and in the SPA, the magnificent master Baitik will restore the body after a long flight or intense training. Very pleased with the compliments from the Hotel. In ORION there is always a feeling that I am at home and I am the most special guest. If you are looking for a special experience, you should definitely visit the ORION Hotel. Really one of the best Hotel in the world!!!

Once the house keeping forgot to clean my room

This hotel is a good recommendation especially if you are looking for something good prices and affordable. The location is near to all places you want to go , like malls or coffee shops, just like 5-10 mins by taxi.

So far I have nothing to unlike the property, as I had a good stay with them. The staff is also very helpful,

Staff were friendly and helpful. They were willing to prepare drinks which were not on the menu and which they had never prepared before, at our request and following our guidance. We ate dinner in the hotel expecting an average meal but it was delicious and better than the meal we had in a 5* hotel on our way back a few days later. We had to leave too early for breakfast, but staff prepared ‘lunchboxes’ or takeaway breakfasts which took into account individual food preferences and allergies.

It was difficult to communicate with a staff member who was unable to answer questions about the dishes on the menu because she spoke very little English. However she asked a colleague to help so this was a minor issue.

A very convenient location, staff helpful with taxi booking and restaurant recommendation. The rooms are well equipped, bathroom fabulous (I had one with a window). Comfy bed.

The breakfast is a little on the basic side, but everything's there for the start of the day

The hotel is clean and accessible to some tourist atteaction. Breafast is good. The rooms are cleaned everyday.

The only problem that we had is the Air condition. It was old and it was not cooling properly.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and a great breakfast. It's a bit far from the attractions so during the week, when traffic is heavy, it's a pain getting around by taxi.

It was near a busy intersection that sometimes had a lot of horns beeping.

Hotel have me a packed breakfast at a very early hour of departure, which was nice. There was a misunderstanding about an early check in which was resolved in my favour, which I much appreciated. Very friendly staff.

Taking a shower at 2.30 am before leaving to the airport, it took very long for the hot water to arrive, but it eventually did.
