Silent small boutique type hotel a little bit away from main streets. Kind and very friendly staff. All necessary amenities were there. Breakfast is good enough and rich.

Breakfast opens at 8:00 was too late for me. All furniture is ok but visible, not new, and also needs some maintenance, somewhere should be enough just to tighten the screews. Curtains, it seems we're not cleaned for a long time. Also, bed linden all was nice and clean, but I expected a higher quality.

well located and the room was spacious! Some of the staff did not speak English, however, they tried hard to communicate and with the help of Google translator we communicated! Wonderful Staff! we have traveled to many countries and I can assure you that the hospitality is the staff in De’Mar was excellent.

The staff is super helpful, all of them speak english super well, they provided me shuttle from airport, indicated a safe place where I could exchange money, ordered a taxi to the Ala Archa park, etc... Everything was good and clean. The breakfast was good even for me as vegan!

Breakfast was great, coffee, toasts, salads, eggs, pastries and fruits, local dishes. Clean room, great location, in center of Bishkek. Team was great, everyone made me feel comfortable and they are very responsive, friendly, attentive, and helpful.

WiFi was a bit slow but it worked for all my needs.

This hotel is exceptional value for money. Location is fair but ideal if you like a quieter property. Rooms are spacious and are spotlessly clean. Very good breakfast

Our double bed had sagged a little but as long as you avoided the edge it was very comfortable. The bedroom decor is totally 70’s. Not my taste but some may like it!

The staff were very friendly! A couple of the staff spoke English and helped us arrange taxi transportation when needed. The room was spacious and we had a full suite/ apartment. The location was perfect-- centrally located, but tucked off of the busy street so that it was quieter.

Some of the amenities did not work properly and caused inconvenience. It's not the worst situation, but some examples include certain lights not turning on with the switch, the soap dish in the shower was in unusable condition, and the electrical outlet for the hairdryer was hanging out of the wall. All-in-all, the stay was quite pleasant despite the minor inconveniences.

Great hotel in the center of Bishkek! We only stayed for one night but were very impressed with service. We got a free upgrade to a suite with separate bedroom and living room which was perfect since it gave us more space with our 2 year old. The crib was already waiting for us as requested when we entered the room. The room had everything you might need for a comfortable stay including a mini fridge, a teapot and a microwave. The room was thoroughly clean. Breakfast was FANTASTIC with a variety of food choices including some local dishes. Each member of staff was friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to go back to the airport in the morning and the front desk lady called it for us. There are lots of shops and cafes close to the hotel, very conveniently located.

We loved our stay and would love to come back next time we're in Bishkek, these were minor inconveniences: The bed in our room was a bit firm. The shower door was leaking water because of a not secure seal. We couldn't make our TV to work - couldn't pick up channels.

The breakfast was great. The coffee was good. The room was spacious and very clean. It was snowing and the staff invited the nurse to the hotel to do the PCR test.

I have stayed for a week in here and it felt safe. The hotel is hidden from the city hustle, however, you might hear the trains passing by. The big plus of this place was an AC!!! In Bishkek- you need it! The breakfast was the same everyday, but the stuff serving it were always extremely polite.

The walls are pretty thin. Was able to hear everything from the rooms around me.

i love how the hotel room was clean, bathroom is clean and the room is spacious.

the shower is either too cold or too hot. it was didficult to adjust. breakfast has less choices and restaurant’s lighting is dark.
