This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful and attentive staff who not only dealt with guests well but stayed busy cleaning, tidying and tending all the hotel areas. Lovely pool, big and comfortable bed and even an organic fruit and veg garden which supplies the restaurant. We really enjoyed the breakfast AND our unexpected room upgrade. The free shuttle to the touristy bit of Luang Prabang was useful but we actually liked being a bit away from the centre with more local shops and cafes. We'd choose that area again. Big thanks to Ben for his help with transfers and train tickets.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I like walking so didn’t mind it being a little walk to the centre, but I understand that the hotel provides a shuttle service and bikes which is very helpful.

Everything was exceptional during our 5 night stay. Fabulous staff - very friendly, helpful and efficient. Everyone was fantastic from Ben and Oum at the front desk who helped us with information and booking activities in the area, to the hotel shuttle bus drivers, the restaurant staff and those in the housekeeping service. The free minibus shuttle service that took us to locations throughout the town and brought us back to the hotel whenever we wanted - just a WhatsApp call and a wait of 5-10 minutes. A superb service. The relaxed atmosphere and stylish decor at the hotel - a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel were excellent

Sound insulation in the rooms wasn’t the best and meant we were disturbed most nights by the sound of cats through the night. Apart from that everything was perfect.

The hotel was absolutely first class, comfortable, peaceful, relaxing and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were all helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Ben who went over and above ensuring we had the best opportunities, and checking that things were right. The hotel provided a shuttle to go into town and would collect from wherever we wanted when we WhatsApp called. Someone even collected my husbands hat for him, he had left it in a restaurant.

We loved everything

We were surprised by the staff of Le Sen the minute we landed. The General Manager Mr Ben (French) who spoke fluent English came to pick us from the arpt. His assistant also Ben (Lao) was the most friendliest person we met. All facilities were justvgreat and brekkie was exceptionally good!The room (suite) we had booked was exceptional but it had issues with water leak for one night and Both Ben's made our stay just amazingly comfortable and extra special. They went far and beyond and gave more than their 110% personal service. We highly highly recommend Le Sen boutique Hotel, Lao. Def made friends for life and return to Le Sen, hotel Laos on our next visit.

The architecture was gorgeous, every detail was though of and I loved the lush feeling of being surrounded by plants. The rooms were also amazing, every detail in the room had nice design and also loved the breakfast quality. The staff were all extremely helpful, very polite and friendly. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

I loved everything but a small suggestion would be to make the breakfast menu easier to understand because the first time I read it I was not sure if one person could only choose one dish or several dishes and after asking I was told I could ask several dishes at once which was great!

The included breakfast was excellent—lots of options and very fresh. The lunch and dinner menu was also great. My room was very clean, quiet, and well decorated. The staff was lovely—very helpful and kind. The pool was clean and very beautiful.

It’s a bit of a walk from some of the major attractions but very doable and the property includes a free shuttle and free bicycles for use. Loca is also cheap. So it’s probably worth the distance from the city center to have such quiet, spacious rooms.

This was a great little boutique hotel that exceeded our expectations! The property is modern - was built about 10 years ago - and it has a very Zen-like feel to it. Instant relaxation after the hustle and bustle of Bangkok! Staff was great - especially Ben who really took care of us! Pool was a nice one to take a little of the edge off the heat and humidity. We didn't use the gym but it was pretty well equipped for anyone who doesn't want to miss a workout. Best of all - the restaurant! Amazing breakfast, great staff, and afternoon tea was pretty awesome as well. Would highly recommend!

Location was a little bit far from the main road that also has the night market but they have a shuttle and it is usually available when you need it and fairly prompt in picking you up when you want to get back. We walked it one evening and it was about a 15 minute walk which wasn't too bad. Also, be alert when you're walking around the property - some little steps that if you're not paying attention - can trip you up a bit so stay off your phone and watch your step!

Great hotel in central location. Walking distance to city centre and there is also a free shuttle service whenever you want. Very good food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The balcony had a view over the lovely poolarea. Great service from the staff who helped us get train tickets (that were complicated to buy). Highly recommended hotel!
