Everything was absolutely amazing! The service was first class and the hotel truly beautiful, well kept and clean. The garden is very luscious and green, it makes you feel like you're in the jungle. The hotel also provides free shuttle service that will drop you off anywhere within the town. The pool is very nice as well. And the lily pond is so beautiful! This hotel should have a minimum of 4 stars, if not 5! The hotel alone already makes me want to return to Luang Prabang!

Nothing! It's a 15 minute walk from the night market area but if you don't want to walk you can easily get a tuktuk.

We stayed for a week and loved every moment. The staff were incredibly kind, making us feel at home. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent, with great options for everyone, including vegans (soy milk was a nice touch!) The pool was beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the main road. The complimentary tuk-tuk service was super convenient too. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Luang Prabang!

We initially reserved 4 nights in this resort. However, due to our child’s illness we had to cancel flights and were stuck in Parasol Blanc until we were allowed to fly again. This was, under the circumstances, not a punishment. The resort is truly beautiful with nice comfortable rooms, pool, luscious gardens and a great restaurant. I can honestly say the staff made us feel so much at home and cared for us as if we were family. Chef Rasika even prepared special food for our son. We are so grateful and we specifically thank; Seng, Lin, Lai 2x, Sy, Chan, Sou, Chef Rasika and off course Baptiste.

We had 2 fantastic interconnecting rooms with beautiful lush garden views. The manager Mr Bee came through on his promise to try to make this happen for my husband and I with our young adult children. The staff were excellent - especially David our breakfast waiter. The Sri Lankan head chef was a total gem too - he stepped in to make us delicious breakfast omelettes. Great fruit, fresh juice, home made yoghurt - all while looking at the gorgeous jungly gardens and waterways. Nice tidy pool and the location just out of the centre of Luang Prabang is really good - we stayed 5 nights and loved every minute.

The hotel could do with a little bit of TLC with some painting - but this isn't urgent or an issue. New towels maybe and also some maintenance of the free bicycles.

Spacious hotel super staff quiet low rise and surrounded by lovely gardens good bikes which were great as it would have been a 10 - 15 minute walk to the things we wanted to see/do and tuks tuks dont pass the property tho the staff will book one if you ask.

the pool had eight sunbeds - not really room for more - they were always occupied by the time we came back after morning activities and lunch- we lay on the grass nearby which was fine till I noticed coconuts in the palm tree swaying overhead and was concerned about them falling - I suggest putting some sunbeds in that area and removing the coconuts

Very comfortable bed and the room is very quiet with a view on the garden Pool and garden are very nice Breakfast is good with a lot of choice (but beware that drink other than coffee or tea are not included)

For the price it’s a bit surprising to have to pay additional charges to get a latte at breakfast… also with all the fresh fruits nearby, the juices are bottled juices…a bit disappointing. Service was a bit chaotic and not very professional compared to other hotels we’ve been to (and that were cheaper..). Minivan and taxi suggested by the hotel are way more expensive than Loca Pay, the local Uber/grab.

Breakfast was delicious with lots and lots of options...service was terrific...Chan at the reception and his several colleagues were all so helpful, friendly, efficient and professional....cannot say enough about the reception staff, especially Chan. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean and the housekeeping staff were amazing. The grounds of the property were beautifully designed and so well maintained and the location was fine. We had to change rooms a couple of times but that was because we had booked at the very last minute and had to take what was available...busy place and we definitely understand why...all of the rooms were great

I loved the gardens and open areas of the hotel such as balcony behind reception. Really beautiful grounds and setting for breakfast. Staff were super helpful with all questions. Room was adequate and decent size for solo traveller might be tight squeeze for space for 2people. Room has Lovely balcony overlooking gardens. Bathroom looks flashy in pictures but shower unit looks dated compared to other hotels. Also, it’s a shame the bar is in breakfast area as they have a lovely open floor behind reception which is perfect for afternoon/evening drinks but not sure why it’s not used in this way.

Personally, just the bathroom style but this was not an issue. I personally didn’t have issue with location but be aware it’s approx.20mins walk to night market area (quicker in tuk tuk if you prefer). I liked walking so not a problem and hotel area seemed safe for this as I walked in evening and felt safe.

Very friendly staff, nice area, bicycle for free (about 15 minute walk to Centre otherwise), nice pool

Breakfast okay, but nothing special, should have more variety (especially when staying several nights like we did), e.g. better mueslis, different sweets like cake (not only chocolate croissants), not only white bread, … When renting a scooter via the hotel contact I did not like that I had to leave my passport as the hotel reception which I never had to having travelled 50+ countries. Since it was at least the hotel reception not the scooter rental I did it and it worked fine.

What an amazing property! Lush and full of greenery, amazing restaurant with great food, drinks and staff. The staff really go out of their way to provide you with excellent service. The rooms are a great size, clean and always topped up with water, complimentary cookies! The staff were fabulous in helping us book taxis and tours, even showing us a map of the city to assist us. Amazing stay, will definitely be back!

If I had to be picky, I wish the pool was larger and had more seating for guests.
