I loved the location. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and bars. The pool was big so I could swim laps every afternoon. I liked that it was in the shade after 2 pm as I prefer to stay out of the sun. The breakfast was ok, you had a choice of eggs, pancakes or soup. A small fruit plate came with it. Coffee was only instant so sometimes I went out to get a real cup! Despite the bars along the road, the building was behind another, so I didn't hear much. The management has signs up asking guests to be quiet and respect others. Quite a few young people were staying there but thankfully they were not the noisy, partying backpacker types I observed at some other hotels in the area. The fridge in my room didn't work but they replaced it right away. They had electric sockets on both sides of the bed and next to the desk so easy to charge my electronics. I very much appreciated the central hot water! Most hotels in this price range have wall-mounted instant water heaters that don't give you a good hot shower. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was good, as a digital nomad, I appreciated it had enough bandwidth to support online video meetings.

The parking is not good for cars. Only one spot along the fence and you must be very careful to get very close to the fence so cars can get by you. There is ample motorbike parking if you travel that way. Street parking is not advisable. The road is narrow and the businesses would probably object to overnight parking. They should cut down the bushes along the fence to make parking easier. The nightstands next to the bed were broken. I reported it but nothing was done. It's cheap pressboard stuff, not very durable. The desk was good but the drawer was broken and didn't open easily.

We loved everything about this Hotel and Vang Vieng , to the point where we booked an extra 4nights with them. The hotel is ideally located and within walking distance of everything. We had paid for the Mountain View room, which I would definitely recommend. The view was stunning. Rooms were a good size, clean and beds lovely and comfortable. The staff were fabulous and couldn’t do enough for you. They booked tours, bike rental, hot air balloon ride and Train for when we left. We literally told them what we wanted and they sorted it all. No stress. The Breakfast had a good selection and the pool was great for a cool down in. I would highly recommend to anyone.

It wasn’t an issue for us, but maybe for others. Its opposite a lively bar so either take some ear plugs or go and join in the party

This hotel is in a great location as within walking distance to the restaurants and cafes. The rooms with balconies on the top floor (no elevator) have the best views of the karst mountains and it's magical to watch the hot air balloons rise in the morning for the sunrise flights and then descend in the same spot for the sunset flights. Beautiful views. There is also a small back balcony to oversee the city. The room, although basic, was a good size and light and airy.

The bathroom needs redecorating and a good clean, especially around the windows, the corners and behind the door. But th e shower worked well and had good pressure

-friendly and efficient stuff. We booked a transfer and rented a scooter with them. Both was perfect. Also we spent one more night as originally planned. -nice view from the balcony in the third floor. -Breakfast was nice. Lots of fruits to choose from and severall western and asian options available as well. -pool area was quiet

-The Hotel is located next to 2 Bars. It can get a bit loud until 2am...but thats nothing that the Hotel can change so nothing to complain about here. -The water quality of the Pool could be a bit better. It is still good enough for a quick swim although.

Not the hotels fault but we may not have booked if we knew that it was right beside 2 main bars in Vang Vieng which play VERY loud music until 1.30/2am - you definitely need earplugs to have any hope of sleeping We had an issue with a leak around the toilet - we were offered to move rooms after 2 nights (hotel was full at the start of our stay) but looks like an ongoing issue mentioned in a few reviews

Great little guest house friendly staff nice pool area,great location,value for money,get the mountain view rooms,the sunrise in the morning,bus tickets organised,the place in general has a really nice feel to it and is one of the better hotels l've stayed in in my Laos tour 🙏

Breakfast area wasn't big enough 3 of the days l ended up going out and paying for breakfast as other guests were hogging area reading planning life whilst others couldn't sit and eat as few tables ! Tables need to be separated!! Food though was lovely on the day l did get !!

What a wonderful stay in Vang Vieng! The room was spacious and so comfy, with a great view of the mountains in the distance from the balcony. The bathroom was also good and was well equipped with toiletries. The hotel breakfast was decent and the pool was good too. We were able to book activities through the hotel, and rented a buggy which was an amazing experience. We also did our laundry and it came back the next day with no issues. The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout our whole stay. Excellent location too, very close to restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Very good value for the price

Unfollow we didn’t get the double room we booked on Booking.com, and they moved us to an alternate room with twin beds instead, although this wasn’t much trouble. There were also ants in the bathroom, although the staff happily helped and offered us another room, which was all okay.

Very good stay for the cheap price. The room is spacious and quite clean (tho furniture kinda old). The housekeeping ladies come to clean every day and change towels. Small water bottles provided. AC works fine and wifi is very good (even for working and calls). Overall a good stay, but first impression is that everything looks old, like the doors, the furniture, the bathroom etc. But bed is comfortable. Had a fridge and safety box. Location in the center. Ok pool, we actually used it once. There are only 3 sunbeds. Breakfast is simple, but ok and fast served. The staff is friendly.

What l didn't like was that there were spider webs in the room and bathroom with the spiders living happily ever after with their baby spiders lol. They didn't move or come down to bite, but kinda disturbing 😅.

Following a motorbike accident I had to extend my stay and stay solo in Vang Vieng for 2 weeks to recover. The staff made the stay here, it appears to be a family run hotel. Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. Assisted to source reliable transport to and from hospital appointments and to airport. I felt safe here alone when recovering from an accident and was able to rest and recover before continuing my trip. Bed was comfy, rooms cleaned and bed made daily. Free breakfast every morning, laundry service- quick, fresh and cheap!
