The only thing I liked about this hotel accommodation was that it's new.

The rooms were actually smaller than what was pictured. I understand the dimensions were provided, but I was expecting the rooms to be more spacious. The location of the hotel is a bit further, probably a good 10 min walk into the central area of VTE. We didn't mind the walk but got a bit tedious and exhausting if having to go back and forth all the time. Staff was okay. We weren't acknowledged while waiting to be helped unless we walked up to the front desk. Also, I was not told that if we lose a key card at checkout, we'd be charged $8 USD. That would've been something nice to be made aware of. I booked this hotel because of their 360 view rooftop. Went to check it out, and it was small. Again, pictures made this accommodation look more grand than it really was.

Situated right beside the Mekong River, the view from the room was peacefully beautiful. Our room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there were many power points for your charging needs. The internet was OK, sometimes fast sometimes inaccessible. The staffs there were great, friendly and very fast in entertaining our request. Highlight of all the good things of course was the breakfast buffet. It was very very good as you can order selections of how your eggs want to be done, fresh made pancakes made once ordered, honeycomb station, smoothie station and other local delights. Worth the price paid for the room and recommended!

Other than the rooftop for the sunset view and bar being a little bit slippery, there's not much negative about this stay.

Newer hotel, I believe, so all the facilities were top notch. shower was great with good water pressure. dining options were good and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety of foods and went until 11:30! room service was prompt, laundry service was quick, and everyone was very accommodating. They offer shuttle services to and from the hotel to two spots in the city.

The pool was still being constructed and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel so it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Location is beautiful with a view of the river and Thailand but it isn’t in the heart of the city. Must take a tuk tuk or car to get around.

The view from the room is good. I stayed in a room with a riverside view, and it had a wonderful view of the Mekong River and the town on the opposite bank in Thailand. The hotel is new, and everything was clean. The breakfast had a wide variety and was good. I stayed at several hotels in Laos, but this one was the best. (However, it was also the most expensive hotel.)

The attitude of the front desk staff was terrible for a hotel of this class. Since it is located on the outskirts of town, it is inconvenient for going to tourist spots or even for simple shopping. To go to the nearby supermarket, one has to cross a road with extremely heavy traffic and no traffic lights, which is dangerous.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic and very helpful staff. My room was very well appointed and big. Loved the look of the room Bathroom a bit small but clean and well maintained. Furniture in very good condition and just an overall comfortable room Pool was perfect in the heat. Restrooms always clean and tidied up multiple times while I was lounging Pool water was also tested ( never seen this at any other hotel) Gym was decent size with the usual hotel type equipment The rooftop was superb. Just a great appointed space, beautifully maintained with lots of seating. Fantasy view at sundown Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Tables were cleared promptly and the staff was kind , helpful and patient. Definitely a hotel that’s worth staying at

Coffee / milk was rationed out daily. Only got two little packets ( makes one cup) of the coffee and creamer. Even requesting a top up won’t get you more than that Bed was a bit hard for my taste ( but this is preference based , some people like a harder bed )

This hotel is the best of the about 30 hotels I had in Thailand and Laos the past year. I have been travelling a lot and up to now this is overall the best. New hotel Good bed and pillow Very good breakfast Incredible lunch and dinner perspective Situated near center With view on the Mekong Very clean Nice and helping staff In short.....all that you are looking for in a hotel. This hotel got it all!!!

It is an overall good hotel of its class. I greatly appreciated a couple of facts: The refrigerator of the room had a separate power provision that allowed it to operate even when the key card was removed. The hotel provides the guests with an hourly free ride to the center of the city every day. This evens up its distance from the center. The food, the atmosphere and the prices of the hotel’s lounge were agreeable and welcoming in the evenings.

'River view’ in the advertisement does not necessarily mean facing the river. The room can be on the side pf the building. The experience is not the same.

This beatiful new hotel has a direct view on the Mekong river and it is 10 minutes from city center. There is a free courtesy car that brings you and can pick you up again at regular times. What a nice staff everybody so friendly and ready to help you. The bed was very good and I enjoyed the enormous choice of food at the breakfast buffet.... a cook standing ready for you to make your favorite omelet or scambled egg pancakes with different sirups too many to tell. I will come back here for sure.

Nothing actually Perfect stay

The breakfast was delicious. A wonderful blend of local and western delights. The staff were so kind and accommodating of every request. We loved our river facing balcony room as well, with a stunning a view of the sunset over the Mekong River. It was a bit of a walk from the action in Vientiane, but they also had a convenient free shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up.

Lovely hotel with good facilities including a pool and restaurants, including a lovely rooftop venue with a view of the river. It has a good selection of breakfast items, with some freshly made items including eggs the way you like them, omelettes, waffles and noodle soup. The rooms are very comfortable and well cleaned. The staff are professional and friendly.

For tourists the location is away from the centre so not walkable to attractions. The hotel has a courtesy car but this is only available to a couple of locations. Items available in the mini bar are very expensive.
