Everybody was warm and accommodating. There were lots of smiles ,people we’re always prepared to help and do a little bit extra. I love the pool with the garden and trees almost going right into the pool providing shade. 🥰 lovely 😊

Both doors in the unit squealed, squeaked and scraped along the floor. The door to the apartment and the door to the bathroom. It would be very simple to remove the doors and sand or trim them back a little bit, so they would fit properly and not literally scrape against the ground or floor.

Initially on arrival i was disappointed, Lady working reception seemed unwelcoming, room and surroundings seemed sparse and drab. However the young man lugged my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs and i settled in. After a 5 day stay my thoughts had shifted: The bed was firm but comfortable, not 'asia' hard. REALLY good pillows. Nice, clean, high quality linen. Good, working AC. Plenty of hot water. Staff were helpful - renting me a scooter for a few days without hassle or wanting a PP/deposit. Breakfast of delicious freshly prepared bacon and eggs with a few other mixed dishes available too which were adequate. While there was no other food or drinks available on the premises there are a multitude of options literally next door or a across the street, which are preferred anyway. Reception lady was much more cheerful other days. I left having thoroughly enjoyed my time in Vientiane.

The rooms are sparing lit by 'cold white' LED downlights, which, coupled with white walls does not give a warm, comfortable feeling. Bathroom has a single such LED. When you look closely its actually got a nice tiled floor and tiled walls. Better lighting would make the bathroom feeling much more inviting. No mirror in my bathroom. Very small soap button provided, luckily i had my own shower gel. Nothing much in the way of drinks available from the Hotel itself, have to walk across the road to the well-stocked little local shop (which makes great iced coffee, has fridges full of drinks and also does laundry FYI)

Excellent value for money to have a pool and breakfast. Staff helpful and good. Good location for walking into town and a Country and Western bar on the street. Clean bed and linen.

The room and bathroom was very worn (including broken drawer, grubby walls and bathroom). They just need a maintenance person to be there for a week or two. Quite a long delay in replacing run out breakfast items. Breakfast was a bit basic for international standards but really good value for the price. Hard to find on Apple Maps.

Swimming pool was so good after a hot days walking. Staff were friendly, arranged further travel and trips for us.

Beware of the minivan from Vientiane to Vang Vieng. The company the hotel used turned out to be a bit of a con. Minibus arrived, it was full (13 people) but very comfortable. The driver then stops for a 20 minute comfort break after 30 minutes travelling. He then stops a further 5 minutes on at the side of the motorway. We are all instructed to get off, and all get on this other minivan. Luggage rammed under every seat, backpacks only just fit in with the boot being slammed. We are then all bundled in, 21 including the driver! Incredibly uncomfortable, very hot and claustrophobic for a further 2 hours. And the worst thing is we couldn’t even see out of the windows which is why we chose the minivan to make the most of the views.

Amazing hotel's lead guy with a permanent smile :D Lovely room, very tasty breakfasts. High quality of cleaning services. Perfect location in the centre of Vientiane. Nice shops Jiffy and restaurants around. 1 hour walk from the airport. Very good facilities in the room like free brushes or coffee & water. Swimming pool included. Perfect stay - recommend to everyone :)

Photos were not necessarily representative, This hotel is NOt remotely anything to be considered "nice". It served its purpose alright and the staff were very attentive, but their standards seemed not to be much to strive for other than a place to lay my head and shelter from the weather. I would say this is a really basic hotel and meets ones minimum requirements for shelter...better than a manger I suppose! Knowing what to expect, I would recommend there COULD likely be better accomidations, but this place is not awful. Veru diverse clientele.

The staff truly seemed to try to please their guests. I had certainly expected a much different experience, but in its quirky charm was basically alright I suppose. I was expecting a bit more than what the reality was.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean, room we had was spacious, had a safe, AC, TV and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good - easy to walk around the main areas of Vientiane. Plenty of dining options around the area. Easy to walk to the river. The breakfast supplied is really good. Options to orders eggs, pancakes, fruit available and 3 different hot dishes (Asian type meals eg noodles/stir fry veg) The pool is good too - great way to refresh after a humid day. Quiet location as well. Recommend this hotel to others. They can also help with booking train and bus tickets/taxis.

Large, comfortable room. big bed. balcony overlooking garden and pool. close to the centre of town. lots of interest in the local, scruffy street. plenty of hot water and a good shower. pleasant breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order etc. nice, helpful staff. booked our train tickets to Luang Prabang and arrranged transport. a nice hotel for the price.

bright corridor light shining into the room at night, through the frosted window in the door. we, and other guests, used towels to drape over it, to provide enough black-out to sleep. that worked ok.
