Nice and clean room, very kind and friendly girls at reception. Private car parking. Dog friendly.

There are no breakfast. A little expensive for dogs (10/15€ per night 1 dog).

the size of the room was really great - exceeded our expectations - so spacious, high ceiling I like all the wooden furniture in room's decor, nice bathroom, bedding.

Warm food during breakfast could've been warmer. Funny electricity wiring in our room - if master switch is off, almost all lights are out, even in a bathroom and there is no way to switch in on. TV had a Russian channel with propaganda (THT I think)

It was operative solutions as at the beginning I got room which was not cleaned, but the manager was so kind and made immediate arrangements and I got another room with good bed, good writing table and good internet connection.

The dishes in breakfast were not clean and wet, food was not prepared at the beginning of the breakfast, water and juice was after half hour and after reminding.

Exceptional location, close to all major city points of interest. Within of the walking distance from old town and major sights of attraction. Room was spacious and located on the top floor with nice overview to the surrounding neighborhood. Availability of private parking is a nice addition.

Breakfast selection was very poor. Would be nice to have a better selection of fresh fruits. No fresh juice, coffee wasn't any good either.

Nice and clean specious room. Location is perfect - easy to get out from town by car! Also main street just around the corner. Breakfast good and rich. Pet friendly! Private parking is safe!

I did not like, that TV had no clear picture and had set up alarm around 4 o'clock in the middle of night :( and started to play.

Excellent location. Easy access by car. Very responsive and understanding staff. Free parking on the territory of the hotel. Spacious and quiet room. Air conditioner in the room. Sufficiently wide range of satellite TV channels. A rich selection of dishes for breakfast, including stuffed pancakes with meat and cottage cheese.

Bar was closed swimming pool closed and wasn't mentioned when booked in . So to be fair price was meant to be cut.

This hotel owns two buildings and we have been swapped to another location. I was really nice hotel in the the city center. Beautiful old building and tasteful decoration.

Breakfast was good but could include more standard options. Bathroom doors could be improved to allow easier opening and closure.

(The review is concerned Best Western Kaunas as booking was moved to that hotel) Comfortable place in the center of the city. All you need during holiday is on place.

The bathroom in my room had atypical bath - not easiest to get in/out. I believe compromise between needs and old building capability.
