Proximity to the airport. Shuttle service. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Delicious breakfast

No lift. Very difficult to use the stairs with heavy suitcases. The shower had no door so water went everywhere when you showered.

This hotel has it all, beautiful architecture, beautiful spacious rooms and an amazing pool/restaurant area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, cleaning ladies also they match the standard. The entertainment is also nice, like some days dj by the pool, an orkest in the evening. Shuttle from hotel to airport is free and they wait for you at the arrival. Top notch hotel. Thank you to the manager Igor for being kind and helpful. Also Lora from the front desk is very sweet and helpful.

The only little bad thing is that the bathroom area is see through, it’s glass and you see everything. Not private 😑

Love the hotel.Everything about it is absolutely recommended. Very clean, very neat. Beautiful landscape beautiful swimming pools. They have two swimming pools, one with the bar and they played ground for the kids.The other one is more secluded and it's openly later, if you wanna get a little swimming. Good parking and clean environment. There is a car wash on site. If you're leaving the city and flying out, it's a great place to stay it's only 7min from skopje International Airport. The best us the staff. Great informed, warming, and helpful staff. Great pleasure dealings with Jovana and Valentina. They were great. Anything I needed to accommodate us with no question asked. Highly recommend 👌 👍 ❤️

The staff was great, the breakfast and the food in the restaurant was also great. The swimming pools were good too. The kids playground is nice plays for kids to play and run. The hotel is very near to the airport and its a nice place if you want to rest before / after your travel.

The aircon stopped working on our second day and with temperatures of 40 degrees outside, inside the room was not breathable and we and the kids were not able to sleep during the night. There is also no mosquito net on the balcony door so we couldn't open the door during the night to enter some new air because lots of mosquitoes. The mattress on one of the beds had a dent on the right side and we were not able to sleep on that side as you can easily slide out of the bed while sleeping. We were told there will be a crib for the baby in the room, but there wasn't. The bathroom tiles are very slippery and not suitable for kids when taking them a shower, very easy to slip as it was with our daughter.

As an airport hotel for those traveling in and out of Skopje, Macedonia, you are only a few minutes away from the airport and the airport shuttle is available free of charge very early in the AM. The hotel staff were generally very pleasant and helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself is designed in a very modern fashion and is equipped with all the necessities, including AC. Each room also has a balcony overlooking the hotel pools.

For those traveling with heavier pieces of luggage, there is no lift to the upper floor. During our visit, we also did not receive assistance from the hotel staff. Also, the wifi signal in the room was very weak and the lack of a fully enclosed shower stall can make for a messy bathroom floor.

The proximity to the airport is very helpful for those early morning flights to Frankfurt! The hotel itself is very modern and feels like a high-end resort. It’s very modern and the service, food, ambiance are all top-tier. You feel like you step into another world when coming to the Hotel Mirror. I’ve stayed there a few times now, and every single time feels amazing.

The air conditioning in the room the last time I went wasn’t working well which led my room to go between 25-26 C and I was told to just open my window. My friend across the hall had working AC, so it was kind of annoying. The previous stays at the Hotel Mirror had good climate control, so I don’t know that this is something that is a wide-spread concern with the hotel.

Stayed one night as we had an early flight to catch. Super convenient location for the airport. We didn’t use the shuttle as we had a rental car. The pool is lovely. And they had a packed breakfast for us as we had to leave before the restaurant opened. Would certainly use them again!

Not really a big deal - but the bathroom doors are glass and thus not as private. Our teen sons who were sharing their own room got a kick out of it! But they asked each other to leave the room when they had to use the bathroom.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Printed out boarding passes and gave us a packed meal for the airport. Early morning call and free transfer to the airport. Very close to the airport which was convenient for our 4.10am flight. Nice big pool with pool towels provided. Nice food in the restaurent which was reasonably priced.

It would have been nice to have a kettle to make coffee in the room but that is just a small thing. Overll it was lovely.

Room was lovely and clean and spacious with lots of mirrors lol. Bed was comfy and bathroom was spacious and had good water pressure. Close to airport and the shuttle was a bonus. As we left before breakfast was served we had option for a takeaway breakfast which had a ham/cheese wrap, muffin, banana and water so this was good.

There were two pools at the property, however the main pool had no lounge chairs available. Not sure if people were leaving their towels on the chairs when leaving the pool area? Nothing much in the area outside of the hotel to see but then we really only chose this place because of the closeness to the Airport as we had an early flight so it suited us.

Friendly staff, great food - Including the best tempura prawns I have ever had, twice - very large room with large ensuite, huge outdoor pool, courtesy transfers to and from airport. And a special mention for Filip, receptionist/concierge/manager, the hotel is very lucky to have him.

Further away from Skopje than I thought, but that was ENTIRELY my fault. If you want somewhere near the airport, it is perfectly located. And the A/C didn't seem to do anything.
