The space. It could easily fit 4. Location wise is OK if you are ok walking. Near to many v good eateries. Check-in procedure is a little cumbersome, though I understand the limitations. A very big dhout out to the very obliging staff. The ability to communicate quickly over WA even efore we flew to Penang was really convenient,

Really appreciated the mini kitchen facilities. A kitchen scissors and some knives would have been great. Some time, I just want to eat in. On weekend nights, it gets noisy. Live with it! This place it not for you if you have mobility issues. It requires climbing of stairs.

The suite was lovely, it felt spacious with the living room and kitchenette, rooms were nice too. Ideal for families/groups as there is a sense of privacy between the separate bedrooms. Location is convenient enough without being too busy. If you have food delivery apps, you can consider ordering in and chilling in your room.

The bar opposite the street was inconsiderately loud, someone should complain to the local council about noise levels after midnight. Wear earplugs to help drown out the noise, perhaps the hotel should provide earplugs too if needed.

Amazing location, really great space that is tastefully decorated. Shower is incredibly nice and staff were lovely and helpful.

Air con dripped a bit and the front master bedroom did get quite loud as there is a nightclub opposite. Good earplugs were supplied but was still a bit tricky to fall asleep. In the other bedroom the pipes seemed to make a loud whirring noise every 15 mins or so, which was fine once you got to sleep, but perhaps not the place if you are a light sleeper or have trouble sleeping.

I like the spacious room, living area and the Kitchenette with a proper fridge allows me to enjoy some snacks and fruits.

The fact that the hotel has no lobby or counter on-site limited the checkin process. Honestly I was a bit blurred when I notified the staff my arrival time and still stand there for a while to find and wait for the staff to arrive for checkin. And it also means that if you need to deposit your luggage you need to pop them at another place. And no parking availability on-site.

Location was perfect, you can walk around to some of the tourist attractions (Padang Kota, Chowrasta, Penang Road, Nasi Padang Ariffin). Room is huge with enough amenities. Wifi is good, come with living hall with fridge and boiler. I love the concept of keyless entrance. Just key in the code and voila, you're in. Check out is a breeze as well, you just have to whatsapp the number and done!

You might need to fight for the parking as it is very limited (MPPP paid parking), or pay extra to park at the building/hotel nearby. Check in is on the other building, so read the instructions carefully.

The staff was very nice and helpful (very helpful Shidi) 👍🏻👍🏻, the room was very clean, location is okay, the bed was very comfortable, and the sound from outside was pretty quiet for us. Pretty easy to find location for Grab.

Some of the rooms are located at second floor and have to use stairs, I’m afraid it will be difficult for the elders. Then the Front Desk and my room location was seperated around 300 meters, for travelers who bring luggage or elders would be difficult to reach the room

I like that they will ask if I would like room service and we requested for late checkout as well. We can contact the staff through WhatsApp and they will attend to us. Their response is quick.

Just that it is on the second floor and the reception counter at the other hotel will need to walk a distance for us it is still easy just that we have luggage with us. Families planning to book just book at their main hotel instead to save the trouble from walking with kids or elderly. And the room we are in the Aircon is not strong enough for us the living room is even colder than the room we are staying in.

The room was big, clean and very beautifully maintained. The location is also very central and accessible! Definitely will stay at this place again! There is no lobby or reception staff at the location, you have to message the hotel about 30mins prior to your arrival, a boy will come and meet you downstairs and will guide you to your room.

Nothing really, everything was good!

The rooms were nice, and perfect for our family of 5. We were also really lucky to be able to get a parking right at the doorstep of the accommodation. As we checked in on Xmas day, we were warmly welcomed with a chocolate cake :) Location was excellent to explore Penang by foot.

There unfortunately was sewage odor in the property, most notably in the bathroom. As we were only staying for a night, it was bearable. Everything else was perfect except the unpleasant smell in the property :( Hopefully its just our unit and not a problem for everyone!

Exceptionally customer service from the PHC team, special shout out to Nurul, who promptly sorted out the miscommunication that occured. My family loved our stay and we will return again when we visit. This place is ideal for visitors who would like to explore Georgetown on foot & for those who orders food delivery often (likes us) as the room opens out to the main street hence making it so convenient for food collection. However it might not be ideal if you are driving as it's difficult to find parking nearby and you will have to pay for parking. Overall, great accomodation!
