The key was received quickly, from a member of the owner's staff. Guarded territory, you can't enter the hotel without a key. Spacious, clean room. The panoramic windows in the bedroom offered beautiful views of the city. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare meals at our convenience, and having a convenient washer-dryer in the room made my stay comfortable. It was very convenient that the hotel was close to the shopping centre, just a minute's walk away. The owner promptly returning our deposit.

One room key, no hairdryer, we bought an adapter for the sockets (not critical).

Everything is good . Nice new room and building , super comfortable , nothing to complain about . Stayed with another 2 friends , and they also love everything bout this room . The bed was very comfortable , whole apartment was very clean , smart tv is super big and have netflix (log in own acc) . Will book here again when I'm coming to KL next time .

Nothing . Just few suggestions . Should put a broom in the room so we can sweep the floor . And I think there is no room for throwing rubbish like other apartments I usually stay (try to find it but cannot) , so we threw the rubbish inside the bin beside the elevator and the bin is quite small for us who stay around 5 days .

Pros: location, brand new, room well equipped. Good management.

Cons: just be aware that the tradeoff to a brand new building is there is still renovations going on. Also expect the drains to smell. This is not a fault of this building. It is a common problem in many KL buildings especially in this area.

Location and the spacious layout . Very comfortable. Beautiful view . Food street right below. A lovely mall next door. Monorail station at the property. Close to all major attractions.

Unfinished work in the bathroom like mirrors and towel hangers not fixed. Staff are decent but there could be a language barrier. They can’t speak English.

Nice sized apartment decent fit out. Comfortable bed. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The gym had decent gear as well.

All good and excellent only the unit need a mirror I believe.. the unit that I stayed there was no mirror except in the bathroom. The owner please put at least 1 big mirror in the bedroom at least.. easier for us woman to get prepared. Other all excellent!

The airconditioner in the living area was not functioning Properly. Care taker tried to solve it but it was beyond him.

The amenities are whereabouts, easy access to all the places via walking or monorel. Good restaurants and great food surround the stay. Spacious room and its good stay.

Please provide a set of brooms so that we can sweep the floor.

The location of the property is at the heart of KL. All the great eateries are nearby. There's a huge shopping mall 50 meter from the property.

No complain tbh considering I paid only 137rm for a luxury apartment like this.
