Great value for money. Awesome location. The room is really nice... it could be quite confusing because the hotel is huge. Overall, awesome stay. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The pool was an excellent size and there is a small gym which was adequate for our holiday needs. Staff were helpful & friendly. We were able to walk to all main attractions.

Restaurants were not open during our visit and it would have been nice to be able to relax with a drink at the end of the day but there is no on-site bar. That is just us nit picking. The Pavillion mall is just up the street and there is an excellent wine & beer choice to take out and enjoy on your balcony.

Not a high rise, traditional Malaysian style building, 5 minutes walk to the Pavilion mall. 20 min walk to Petronas towers. Superb choice at breakfast. Spacious but a little dated room.

The ‘kitchenette’ advertised as part of the studio didn’t have any plates or utensils. The pool was nice but every time there was a tiny bit of rain the staff immediately wanted to close it. We only managed to use it once. The window in the room was broken and couldn’t be properly closed so the noise from the next door building site would wake us up at 8 am.

What i liked about our stay was that the hotel made a very great gesture of making us a mini surprise for our 5th year anniversary. We were surprised as not many places does that. For the price, and the hotel and the breakfast included with it, it was worth it eventhough the place was a bit worn down and has some mold and dirt around, i wouldn't expect much considering the price but it would be great if you could fix and remove the mold around in the toilet. Breakfast selection was amazing, though i didn't get the chance to enjoy everything. I personally love the building as it gives me a vibe of anhotel in my country with the fraction of the price. It fits the hotel aesthetic that i love. The location was okay if its just adults, but having to use a stroller for a long sweaty walk is a bit tiresome, but there’s always Grab.

The only thing i would complain for our sleep would be that we could hear noises from our neighbours or downstairs, but i think that was unavoidable. Would like the toilet to be not moldy, and room less dusty.

Great location travelling to different locations in KL because MRT Conlay is situated opposite the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony was a bonus. The staff were very helpful and professional. Good sized swimming pool. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Upon arrival, found the toilets at the lobby were in a terrible state. Although it was not entirely the cleaners problem, the cleanliness of these public areas should not be overlooked because it gives a bad first impression of the hotel. Did inform the staff at the reception and it was dealt with immediately. Thank you to the young lady at the reception 🙏

July 12,13,14 - 2024 Studio king room 401. Located 2 min from LRT station. Fast friendly check-in. Very good size studio. Dinning table, excellent desk. 2 tvs. 2 sofas. Very clean, immaculate conditions. Huge bathtub, shower, toilet area. So many delicious choices at breakfast, in a nice bright room. Oven fresh croissants. 5-6 cook to order station in addition to the usual egg station. Roti coming hot from the cooking plate. Wow. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet strong ac. Lotion, coffee, writing pad NOT replenished. Overall a great, memorable experience. We will be back.

Everything was good. Room and staff were nice.

The walk to the hotel was a little further than I thought and there was construction which isn't something the hotel could do. However, the path leading to the hotel along the construction sites had some broken stones and is very uneven along a stretch. There were also some cars parking indiscriminately everyday which means the pedestrian has to walk on the road rather than the pavement. This is not something the hotel is responsible for but it makes walking there difficult. Perhaps they should work with the authorities so that the walk there can be better.

Spacious, linen and pillow superb. Convenient to go to pavilion and make sure you used bridges to reach the mall for safety purpose. Breakfast a lot of choice and tasty. Fast Check out process .

Check in process can be better. Long que even all counters are opened. Please rush up room effectively before arrival. Please do proper bed assign during check in. First he said only can assign two single bed for premier king. But i travel with my kids along. I already booked for extra large double bed. I’m so disappointed. End up he upgrade me to one bedroom apartment. I’m satisfied with it. Thanks for yr hospitality
