The view was wonderful and the room confortable. The personnel is very kind and helpful. Big shout out to the people at the reception and the cleaning. We requested an upgrade in one of the suites and if you can get one really worths it! The hotel is located just minutes away from many lovely restaurants, the cathedral square. Also just a few minutes drive to the beach if you need it. We recommend to download bolt to get around the island, it’s very accessible and convenient.

The breakfast could be a bit more diversified, but in general was good. The windows in the room and balcony could be a bit more clean to enjoy the nice view of the bay. Also it would be nice if the terrace furniture would be cleaned from time to time, ours was full of dust. Although the pool closes at 19h (which I find it a bit inconvenient for summer holidays) the cleaning of the pool starts around 18h30. Not nice to tan or read with the sound of the chairs being moved around by the staff or with the staff going around mopping. I think they should wait for the closing time to do so.

Room is clean and has almost all what you need for a short stay. Hotel is placed on the hill, thus, you enjoy amazing view on harbor and even on Gozo. Location: bus stop in 5 min walking. Buses go to Mellieha plage, ferry station and Valetta (and many other places, check google map). Breakfast has limited food choices but ok.

I was able to hear voices from other rooms Matress is a bit outdated No kettle in the room Not a minus but to consider: Malta uses British type of socket, if you travel from EU, you need an adapter.

+ amazing seaview + new bulding with modern design, iluminated during the evening + friendly and helpfull staff, reception open 24/7 + really good cleaning services rendered every day + good king size beds, we litteraly could have played hide & seek game there + a bit monotonous but good quality breakfast + hotel has their own restaurant and serving drinks / dinner after 6pm

- swimming pool is located on the northen side of the hotel hence the sun is blocked by the building during most of the day. Due to that water inside the swimming pool is cold in end of the October - almost nobody was using it. It could be different if you want to stay there during the main season. - distance is around 2km and 25 minutes by walk along really busy street with narrow pavement. Direction hotel -> beach is easier to pass because you are walking downward but the opposite direction (beach->hotel) is more demanding as you have to go upward. Alternatively, you can use bus to go there - cost is 2 euro. Buses shuttles really often. The neareast bus stop is 5 minutes away from the hotel.

The view is amazing, the location was good close to melieha center and a lot of restaurants close. The pool area looks great, close to the public transportation but unfortunately is not possible to go to the beach by walking only a few minutes ride with the bus. Cleaning services each day.

The breakfast is the same daily, not many options. The towels were very old and looked awful probably too used and washed but looked really bad. We arrived very late and were very thirsty but sadly discovered we have no water in the room, you have tea and instant coffe, but no water. Very noisy, you can hear every noise from the hallway or the other rooms.

Location was excellent, wity beautiful views of the coast below. Staff went above and beyond to enhance my stay. Modern, boutique hotel within easy access of public transport. Would happily stay again!

Breakfast was the only disappointment during my stay. Very basic, lack of fresh fruit unless you count apples and bananas. Pastries were tiny and a lot more variety and options could be offered. No complimentary water bottles offered as is the norm in most countries. Tap water not drinkable therefore, forced to purchase water from the hotel at enhanced prices unless you walk 10 minutes to the local shop. Also note, safes are not included in the rooms for safety deposit box.

High up in the old town with a beautiful view, but close to local bars and restaurants and bus routes. Good walk down to and great swimming in the sea. The hotel was very clean, and our bed was extremely comfortable. We found it quiet and peaceful. All the staff were very pleasant, especially Dora, and accomodated us very well. We found the breakfast very good, despite reading the negative comments beforehand; plentiful and a wide choice. No complaints.

We didn't use the pool, it was quite cold, but at the end of September the sun didn't really reach it until the latter part of the day so only to be expected really. On Monday the bar and restaurant are closed; as it was our last day/evening it would have been nice to have a drink around the pool and dinner before we left, however obviosuly everyone is entitled to time off and not many people probably leave on a Monday/Tuesday - so fair enough, it wasn't really and issue.

- amazing view, infinity pool with the view over the entire Melieha Bay, Gozo, and Comino - excellent position, close to the bus station (several direct bus lines to Valetta, airport, Cirkewwa harbour to Gozo and Comino) - direct busses to the nicest beaches (Ghadira Bay 5 minutes by bus, Golden Bay 4 beaches 20-30 minutes by bus, direct lines) - (almost) all rooms have a direct sea view - the possibility of leaving the luggage in the storage room, swimming in the pool, and taking a late shower before take-off - BEI restaurant part of the hotel which is one of the nicest in Melieha - beautiful surroundings, a safe neighborhood - friendly staff, always ready to help - clean and spacious rooms, being cleaned every day, with fresh showers and linens - modern hotel

- breakfast is a bit boring and repetitive, with not a wide amount of choices - poor coffee it should be enough for a quick prep for the beach getaway

The view is AMAZING, can’t get enough from it. We had mentioned that we are coming to celebrate our first anniversary and they had made some decoration in the room. At our last day they let us stay after the check out to spend some time at the pool and the terrace and they had a luggage room and also bathroom to have your shower after swimming, i found this as a big plus. I hope they continue like this and keep their prices affordable. Thanks for hosting us

I think beds could be more comfortable.

Floreida and the other lady at reception went out of their way to help me when a medical condition I had flared up. There was no ice but Floreida and her colleague went out of their way to help me. The receptionist ensured I had a room to change in, even though I had checked out. The receptionist team were very pleasant. I didn't see much of the other staff as restaurant timings seem a little restricted. Would have been great to grab a sandwich when feeling hungry but restaurant times were quite rigid. The room was also lovely and spacious. Loved moments on the balcony looking out to the sea.

The bed was big but the mattress was uncomfortable :(
