Staff was super lovely, they helped us find attractions and beaches nearby. The infinity pool and cave bar was nice. Rest of the pools were outdated Took a massage in the spa and it was definitely worth the price. Also ate a 3 course dinner downstairs which was better than expected. Breakfast was nice. View from the balcony was lovely. I Like Mellieha a lot, more quiet and better for relaxing. Also not far from Gozo so we went there for a daytrip.

If you enter from the wrong street you need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the reception with your luggage. 2 of the pools looked super outdated. To get to our room we always had to take 3 different elevators.

Amazing view, and the church being lit for Christmas was beautiful. Food spread was good, great choice for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Indoor pool was good, kids had a great time. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Cave bar was the highlight.

Drinking water was not provided everyday, although there were convenience shops available and also water was available for purchase within the hotel.

Staff is helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is standard English but with plenty of choice. Dinner was great and good variation every night. The pools and the bar are nice spots to visit on windy or cold days. It is close to the bus station and several shops around. With the bus it is about 10min to the sea.

The AC in the room barely works and seems unmaintained and old. We had to get a standing ventilator from the reception to survive the heat. A lot of the small things are visibly broken or not fixed: e.g. towel hanger in the bathroom was hanging by a thread, toilet paper holder was broken, the railing at the pool was definitely not fastened, etc.

Lovely hotel. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had all we needed. Infinity pool great, and we loved cocktail happy hour in the Cave Bar. All staff the were very friendly and helpful

There was a bit of a musty smell in the apartment. Glass balcony was not very private, especially with communal sunbeds on other side. The Cave bar was quiet at night, and although there was live music on somenights, it needed advertising more.

Nice location, great view, the comfortable beds with not a soft mattrasses, the towels were being changed everyday, helpful stuff (except the lady working in the Cave bar), they were trying to solve the problems (for example, provided the portable air conditionaire), indoor pool.

Air conditioner wasn't working properly, there was an innormal humidity and mould smell in the room, the broken furniture, a few broken floor tiles, the bedroom's window was with view to the wall, the window curtain were with the holes... there are 7 levels in this hotel, you can access different level with the different lift, at first it looked uncomfortable. The breakfast always the same, but if you like english breakfast, you will be happy - there were always fryed eggs, beens and sausages on the tables :) cappuccino from coffee machine was with the milk powder, so better make an espresso/americano and pour the normal milk. One of the pools was dirty, it should be cleaned more often.

The Hotel was clean, and the facilities were always cleaned and prepared each day, Indoor pool, Sauna Jacuzzi etc,. Breakfast was good with various options to choose from each day. The hotel was very accessible to the buses, and local amenities. I was able to visit quite a few places by taking a bus, which was reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much. In particular, Rouselle and Eunice, but they were on duty for most of my stay, and to be fair all other staff I came into contact with were just as welcoming and helpful.

My room was very close to the lift, which was in constant operation. This sometimes interfered with early nights or a late morning sleep-in! There were also building works behind the hotel which started quite early and continued on for most of the day.

- Spacious room, very clean - Fridge and cooking facilities which is hard to find in a hotel - good aircon - Nice spa, gym and pool is nice - 2/3 min walk downhill to the main area with some food places - Room service had no extra charge which was great - Staff very helpful - Cave bar food was reasonably priced and very good

- Pool looked a lot bigger on the photos it was pretty small and busy - It’s about 20mins walk from the beach all downhill, the walk back is uphill and hard in the heat but the hotel offer a shuttle bus which is pretty affordable

We really liked friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Big thank you to the desk intern girl (blonde), cave bar personnel and breakfast bar personnel for all the great services provided! We also liked the size and location of our studio room with a view to the church, the selection of food at the breakfast bar and happy hours at the cave bar. The location of the hotel is also great, although its located quite far from the capital, it is still conveniently located close to the bus stop and the centre of Mellieha.

It is not hotels fault, but we were disappointed with the behaviour of french tourists, who think that they are centre of the world. Their behaviour both in the corridors when passing by, and especially in the swimming pools were unacceptable. They were allowing their kids to take over the whole swimming pool, splash, dive in and in other ways disturb other people’s peace. Also, even though our studio was really comfortable and nice, it could have been cleaner. The church/beach view might not be suitable for people who are light sleepers and dislike noise as the cave bar has music playing all the time, as well as the church bells ringing, although it was not a problem to us.

The swimming pool and cave bar area was good. The spa was amazing and great value for money. The room was a good size, with a modern bathroom. Good location too! (There’s a lift at the bottom of the steps, don’t walk up every day like we did!!!)

The air con was not the best and the walls were thin as we could hear lots of noises throughout the night and into the morning, even just pipes. Breakfast wasn’t amazing but it did the job.

where do I start, everything was great, I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel before that looked as new and was as clean as this one. i have no complaints, from the room to the pools to the reception and bar areas were spotless and everything looked brand new. the spa and indoor pool areas were great and I really enjoyed my head neck and back massage I got on the last day. we had breakfast included and lots of variety and choice something for everyone from cereals to bread, pastries fruit and cooked breakfast was great . staff were very friendly and helpful always greeting us and saying goodbye when we left :)
