The location and the comfort of the accommodation was the two things that we liked the most.

Once the toilet paper was finished (only one toilet roll was provided for 4 persons), we asked for an additional one and the staff replied that they asked the owner and that it was not possible to give another one, which is kind of strange. So, we had to go out, search for a store and buy one. This seems to be a constant thing, since some other people also approached the staff to ask for additional toilet rolls. Additionally, no one from the staff took care of the rubbish bins while we were staying there or did mention that we had to put it out somewhere.

Very well located, close to lots of restaurants, markets and touristic points. There was a guard at all times in the front desk, and the street is very bright even at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower with good water pressure. The kitchen had all basic items and helped a lot during our stay.

ULIV is on the corner of a very busy street and it gets very noisy during the day and early night. The gym is very well equipped, but located on the basement which had some mold smell.

The location of the place is prime. We felt safe and we love that it is very clean.

Because it is next to the main road, it is load and the building tend to shake a little. Communication with the host lag a little. I never got a respond about asking to checkout at noon instead of 11am. I felt since we didn’t check in until after 9am this could be possible. Other than that I would go back with friends again and stay here.

Bed was extremely comfortable, nice cool A/C in the bedroom. Location is great many stores, cafes and bars in short walking distance. Building has surveillance with a guard always watching cameras. Felt very safe.

The area is popping. Lots of activity and noise pretty late. Not an issue for us but something to consider if you looking for a very quiet location.

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The cooker didn't work well but that was only a minor issue as we were out most of the time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The traffic noise all day and night. Although ear plugs were provided.

Great with the rooftop!! The bed was also great and the place was clean when we arrived. Nice that we were able to close the big blinds towards the road

There was a lot of noice from the road and other apartments. The drawer en the bathroom could not close and the was a weird smell from the bath.

It was in a good neighborhood, close to a lot of good bars and restourants. Check-in was easy and the staff responded promtly to all messages & e-mails.

It was a bit small, eve though we had two bedrooms, we had barely any place.for our luggage

The host was great. The location is one of the best in the city. The apartment moves a little, but they do tell you this is normal in this area of town, it is wobbly. I loved this petite space for my Mexico city trip.

For me it was really good, but if you are someone who is really tall maybe you will have a hard time fitting in the apartment.

Nice appartment, good location. Very friendly staff.

Close to one of the main roads. Especially the police guiding the traffic with their whistles was annoying to sleep.
