Staff were very nice, the view from the room was breathtaking, they have easy access to the beach. They have security on the complex which is really good. Breakfast is good. Very clean room.

Price is little high for what you get. The hotel doesn’t have any amenities. There is only one restaurant and service is slow when busy. You have to get there by car otherwise is difficult.

This is a very good hotel that reminds us why Mexico is famous for its hospitality. Top notch cleanliness, comfort and service. The location is unbelievably beautiful. We loved our stay and hope to return!

This isn’t the hotel, but a wedding venue nearby can be very loud at night—we didn’t expect it to be 5/7 nights we were there. The worst was a Monday night with an overpowering electronic music mix until 1 am. If you can manage this with a sleep noise machine or something, it’s utterly peaceful the rest of the time!

A true paradise in Paamul! Far from the impersonal feel of large resorts, this boutique hotel offers a tranquil escape with charming cabanas, an excellent restaurant, and a breathtaking beach. Our room was right by the sea, offering the most stunning view I’ve ever had in a hotel. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with a jungle trail for exploration, makes it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

The Paamul hotel is located in the calm and beatiful bay with beatiful blue lagoon and coral reef. It has very nice beach with soft sand and good place to swim without seagrass. Next to the beach it is good restaurant. The hotel is located just on the beach and all rooms have perfect sea view. Rooms are quite big and clean. The restaurant closes at 8 pm and then you can hear only sea waves. It is perfect place to spend calm vacation with a family or with friends. It is close to good supermarket and to Playa del Carmen or Xcaret parks.

Variety of food in restaurant is not so big. In the rooms there is not a good place to put the bags on or dry wet clothes.

The hotel is located in beatiful and calm bay. It has nice beach and place to swim with sand bottom and coral reef as well. The water has colour almost like in the blue lagoon. There is almost no seagrass. Next to the beach there is a nice restaurant with good food. It closes at 8 pm, so during evenings it is very calm. The hotel is located just on the beach. All rooms have sea view. The rooms are nice and clean. The cleaning team is very efficient. I am in this area second time and like this place much more than Sirenis Hotel.

The menu in restaurant could be longer. In the rooms can be some stands to put bags on it and some stands to dry wet cloths.

Nice, big and clean room with two good Queen size beds. Large balcony overlooking the sea. Free beach towels. Good WIFI and AC. Good breakfast and service. Direct access to the beach. The meals in the restaurant are very good. Good cooks. Friendly waiters.

The welcome at the reception desk was friendly and efficent. However it was difficult to recognize the room as a reception deks of a hotel in that price class. No signage from the outside, The room was small, not very well organized, it was untidy and somewhat messy. (There is no second change to make a first impression). Our first impression was bad. The arrangement of the beach beds and chairs need more attention on daily bases.

Beautiful quiet location without the big tourism buzz as in other gated areas. Peaple were extremely friendly, good place for snorkeling and spacious rooms. The breakfast was extraordinarily good and served next door in the beach club. There is also a pool and a dive school next door. Highly recommend!

Water pressure in the shower could have been stronger (1st floor) for long hair. But nothing other than that

My wife and i Enjoyed our stay very much, we met a lot of great people, room was clean and super comfortable, Staff was amazing super welcoming we met with the owners who made us feel at home. The food at the restaurant was also really good, Fresh fish and seafood, great steaks. Overall a wonderful experience and look forward to going back.

Best snorkeling in this little bay and truly the best kept secret of the Riviera Maya. Beautiful healthy coral and lots of fish. The reef is around 100m from shore and very safe to swim here. Great food and amazing people, we are definitely coming back again.

True toes-in-the-surf beachfront hotel located in a quiet enclave. Great snorkeling right from the beach. Free equipment for guests to use, including kayaks and paddle boards.

Restaurant on-site is cash-only and run by different management. Eating all meals there gets quite expensive. There are no other food options nearby and connectivity to nearby towns is poor.
