Location is good, rooms are silent.

Carpet was wet and smelling. I suspect someone has vomited on it. Breakfast was declared to be ready at 0800, but at 0812 the door to restaurant was locked. I had to leave without breakfast.

The hotel is modern, clean, cozy. The breakfasts were excellent, staff very friendly and spoke good English.

The location is a bit off the main sites, but you may reach the center by public transport or a 20min walk.

Staff was very nice and I could park my car in front of the building. Very important for me because it was very hard to park in the city. 👍 Good.

Extremely nice and helpful lady on a reception. The room was clean and warm. Amenities like shapoo/shower gel, dental kit, slippers were in the room. The location is pretty close to the city center.

No view from the room, but that's ok, the bad was that down in the yard is probably a smoking area for the staff and half night someone was coming out and speaking / laughing there, during the day - a lot on noise from that area. The room was at the end of corridor on the 3rd floor. Probably on a lower floors it's even more noisy.

Spotless clean, decent room size, comfortable bed, easy access to downtown Chișinău. Lots of storage space available. Breakfast was ok, despite somewhat limited options. The oat porridge was amazing and we wish they had had it on both mornings we were there. It was extremely quiet while we were there, hence our sleep was the perfect quality. It was so nice and warm, we hope to stay more next time. Friendly staff, though one young lady spoke no word of the state language. I used google translate and everything went smooth.

The hotel is located right next to the city center, at walking distance to main boulevard and city center attractions. The room was very clean. Very good breakfast. The hotel has free parking lots right in front.

Absolutely no view on the window - other building was very close, a couple of meters distance. However, this was not such an inconvenient, as we did not stayed in the room during the day. The curtains would block the view from outside during evenings/ nights.

The place is clean. Well converted to the cosy family hotel. Rooms are tiny but clean. Hotel staff is great and super helpful and friendly. Can help you with early check-in and transportation. Generous and caring. Gave us a breakfast box because of short stay we couldn't attend the breakfast. The location of the hotel is ok. Slightly remote. However, the grocery store is 3 min walk.

The only thing that you need to prepare yourself for is that the hotel has no elevator. And bed sheets are a bit used already. Clean fresh, but some stains and cuts are already not removable.

Good location 10 minutes walk to the center. Comfortable large room with wardrobe and chest of drawers, comfortable bed. The reception staff are responsive and kind. Good stable WIFI.

The breakfast and its service were the most disappointing. Sometimes you could order a certain dish, usually half of it was not available. You can get one small cup of coffee or tea. If you wanted another, you had to pay. There was no juice. There was a buffet for two days, it was more or less normal. On the last day, coffee was served in disposable small paper cups. The employee who served breakfast was a disaster. No understanding of hospitality. Guests were better seen leaving than coming. Very small sink in the bathroom which is very small compared to the room. The hotel could be more environmentally friendly and change towels if the guest wants, not every day.

The staff was nice and helpful. They even prepared us a tasty packed lunch since we were leaving at 4am in the morning. The room is spacious and location isn't far from the city center, but very quiet.

The bathroom is very tiny and the shower had a very weak water pressure. There is no elevator and the actual location looks a bit suspicious (there isn't much right next to the hotel). Getting to hotel by public transport is difficult.

Very friendly staff who spoke English. Arranged a 3:30am taxi for me to the airport. There was someone at the desk at 3:30am who made sure my departure went smoothly. Since I departed prior to breakfast being served they made a lunch box meal that I could take with me. My room was extremely clean and comfortable with a remote for the air conditioner. There is a grocery store about 100m down the street which made shopping very easy.

The size of the sink in the bathroom is very small.
