Always a pleasant time staying at this hotel. They are very kind about looking after your luggage in their storage, unlike other hotels in the area who will leave it in the hallway where anyone could take it. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the desk is comfortable to work at.

One thing to keep in mind is the location of the hotel on a pedestrian street, where musicians and artists often set up a microphone to sing and play music. The rooms aren't very soundproof so if you don't like the music, there's not much to be done.

The City Park Hotel is located in the centre of Chisinau, in a pedestrian street. It is a busy area but the noise isolation in the hotel is rather good. All the major sights can easily be reached on foot. The bus from the airport stops in 5 minutes from the hotel. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The rooms are modern, clean and cosy. The standards one have a fridge, a TV and a safe. The bathroom is also very clean. Wifi worked well throughout the whole stay. The staff at the reception (especially the young ladies) and also the cleaning ladies were truly exceptional. They always asked whether I was satisfied with the room, whether I needed anything, etc. Also, I first got a room with stairs behind the window, where I would not feel very safe but when I asked, I was swiftly moved to another room. And when I asked for a kettle, got it at once. That was really appreciated and made me feel very good at this hotel. All in all, I was happy with the City Part Hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

I think the TV in my room was not working (I had no time to watch it anyway, so I did not mind but it would be goo to check it).

Excellent staff, very helpful and kind. Nice and spacious rooms. Bathrooms very clean and well equipped. Good minibar selections, some of the best wines of Moldova at reasonable prices.

The mattress was too soft. Sensation of sinking into the bed and not able to sleep well due to that. Challenging to pull up my 30 kilo suitcase in the middle of the night over the several stairs before reaching reception. During day time on checkout there was a gentleman staff at the door who volunteered to help bring the suitcase down very kindly. The toilet was in a very crunched corner behind the shower glass wall with almost no leg space in front of the seat. Had to sit with legs expanded.

The receptionists are awesome. Very good location and nice looking hotel.

The shower floor was broken and tilted so much that it was slippery at times. The entire.bathroom looks nice but it seems the shower does not fit there. Cheap abd badly installed I think was the problem. Also some ceramic tiles were loose and could fall at any time from a considerable height. Almost every evening there were young people playing quitar and singing in front of the hotel. Maybe it would be a problem for some people. The windows did not isolate the sound perfectly and you could hear them. Considering these aspects I think the price could have been a bit lower...

The hotel is central, it's right in the center near the Victory Gate, because it's close to everything so you don't need to use taxi services or public transportation, the room was perfectly fine, it's clean, I was only one night, you have everything in the room, you don't have a coffee set in the room . It disappointed me a bit. But everything was fine.

2 things that really bothered me, you have a mini bar in the room but it didn't cool, it didn't work. Because I was one night, so I didn't ask them to fix it. When you arrive at a hotel you see a staircase, if I had a disability how would I be able to get to a hotel or my room in a hotel, the truth is I was looking for how to get to the reception but I couldn't find it maybe I'm wrong. That's my opinion.

Hotel is on excellent location in downtown. Everything is on walking distance. Room was very comfort and clean. Reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was very dissapointed with poor food selection. Everything were cold, and lot of plates were empty. First morning we took breakfast in hotel, but for second morning we went to the cafe Creme de la creme wich is located 100m from hotel, and we had amaizing breakfast and coffe/tea time.

The hotel is in the city center and just a short walk from pretty much most places you'd go to as a tourist in Chisinau. The room and bathroom were clean, mini bar was nicely stacked up and the bed was comfortable. There's a really nice restaurant on the ground floor that serves both some national and international dishes. Some staff speaks English, most know Russian. Overall a good stay.

Nothing, really, the place was sweet and the people were lovely.

Centrally located,steps away from Stefan Cel Mare Park,10 minutes from Central Bus station, all the sights , restaurants,bars, museums close by, very cute pedestrian street in front of the Hotel.We were given a corner room,on a high floor,as requested. Smooth mattress, comfortable room, very good breakfast,staff very attentive to explain to you, everything you need!

The hotel is better than it looks on pictures. It is modern, clean and cosy. Good bed and mattress. Excellent location in the centre of the city, near the park. La Placinda restaurant with delicious Moldovan cousine is just 5 min walk. It also provided free upgrade of the room which was perfect.

Our stay would be just perfect if we did not face a disrespectful attitude of the receiption before our departure. This ruined our excellent impression about the hotel, unfortunately. We asked the receiption to order an ordinary taxi to go to the airport. We knew the price - it is around 150 Moldovan leu usually - and we mentioned this amount to the receiption. We specifically asked not to order their "transfer" which costs twice more. The receiption listened attentively and immediately ordered a Limousin for 300 leu! The car came with a Radisson label. We refused to take that car, asked a restaurant to call a taxi for us and went to the airport at a normal price of 150 leu. We were disappointed with such a disrespectful attitude of the receiption.

- hotel entry access: high stairs (inconvenient for check-in/check-out, especially with heavy luggage); - small space/inconvenient location of reception, partly blocked & invisible by single elevator (with slow door's respond); - small visible defects of furniture; - periodical noise (morning time) due to closest to window reconstruction works of neighbor building; - wooden floor clean, but quite noisy (at least bed surrounding can be covered by carpet)
